Dear Member, We appreciate you taking the time to comment on our service. We're sorry to hear you felt less than satisfied with your experience. In reviewing your transaction from September, 2014, your total cost of $569.00 included the annual Maintenance Service and IAQ Evaluation, the replacement "Capacitor" for your unit, and an additional :Hard Start" accessory for your outside condensing unit, which allows it to start up quickly and use less power during the process. I do see a notation where the technician noted some contamination during his routine ductwork inspection which is performed as part of the above mentioned Maintenance Service and IAQ Evaluation. We do require our technicians to relay all information they discover to the homeowner and to make recommendations. We apologize if this experience felt more like a "sales pitch" rather than the evaluation and recommendation it was intended to be. Again, thank you for your comments.

Description of Work: We just purchased a home and never could find out when was the last A/C service done. Jim arrived right on time. He explained what he will do and later what he found out about the unit. It needed attention and in fact, by looking at the electricity consumption there was a big improvement after his visit.

Description of Work: They tuned up an HVAC system installed by their primary competitor a couple of years ago and were actually complimentary on the work done they them. I found this very professional and will probably use them for future work. The tech took the time to answer all of my questions very politely while he worked. He went the extra mile to teach me a few things about the system beyond what I asked about. I really enjoyed the experience.

Description of Work: My ductwork handled 34 years of (2) 3 ton units okay but the LPAC unit could not keep up with temperatures over 90 degrees. LPAC kept telling me he has 30 years experience and I needed new ductwork at an astronomical price. Ignored the fact that the ductwork has performed for 34 years
