Description of Work: I needed a part replaced, and the installation went perfect, my furnace is now quiet, running well, ...no problems. Richard cleaned a moldy area on the front of the unit, no charge. I had also been considering putting in an additional item to help prevent mold, and he informed me that it would not be beneficial on my particular ac. When someone tells me that i do not need a part that they would profit from..........they are my company!!
