Mike is very friendly and personal, did a good job explaining what he was doing and why. But every time this company does a maintenance they find something wrong and something that should be added to the system. The first maintenance the said we need a blue light $400, this time we need a pre starter for the unit $500.

Luis was professional and provided very detailed information and pictures of the status or our older units. We are very happy with the quality of his work.

Luis our tech arrived 40 minutes after I placed the call. He found the problem quickly and we had heat! A very professional guy. Gas had been turned off by a previous worker.

A/C stopped working at about 4:45 pm. I called LPAC for a service call and received a call-back about 15 minutes later. I was told the service person would be at my house in about 30-45 minutes. The service person showed up right on time and performed service.

**Updated Review After voicing my complaints in my initial review, the owner contacted me to resolve my issues. Not only was his pricing fair, he was very understanding. This is a family owned company and definitely has family values.

Outstanding. Their analysis was very solid, their work the same. All contacts before and after we’re professional and helpful. We have a multi year agreement for an annual check up which has proved very helpful.

Jim was the technician and did a very thorough, professional job. He took time to explain what he had done and the condition of my HVAC unit. I was very impressed with his knowledge and way in which he communicated his findings.

LPAC has provided us with our regular maintenance for 5 years now and they have been great! They call to remind you when your maintenance is due and they have very flexible scheduling. They always show up on time and the technicians are always friendly and very professional. We woke up one weekend morning and our AC was not working. We called LPAC and they had a Technician at our house within a few hours. Our core was shot but they were able to get one and install it the same day. We have had no problems since. They always do a great job.
