Description of Work: I asked for a 2nd opinion on replacing my unit after my primary service company tried to scare me into replacing it by saying it could fail any time. I checked with a friend inthe business in another state who advised me otherwise , based on the informaion I gave him on the age and condition of the unit. LPAC agreed with this latter assesment and I've decided to use them from now on for my routine,twice a year, servicing

Description of Work: After having months of respiratory problems and having to see physicians, have xrays, CT scans, tests, treatments and 10 days of antibiotics with no relief, I called my A/C service company, Larry Pearson Air Conditioning (LPAC). The serviceman came out to check and found a evaporator coil problem with growth inside on the wet insulation. Because of the age of the unit, the A/C was replaced. Last night, the first in over 3 months, I slept through the night. No coughing, sneezing or nose running. Thank you to LPAC for diagnosis of the problem and excellent service.

Description of Work: From the moment I placed the call to LPAC I was very impress with the professionalism and great customer service provided.... the rep Rosie was very polite and knowledgeable..... she provided the list of things the technician will preform and advised to feel free to ask him any questions at the time of his visit..... the technician Rick Davis was very polite also and showed up within the time frame I was given by the rep. Rosie..... Rick addressed all my concerns and advised me of the things he did to keep my Air Conditioning units in good shape..... I was very happy with their services, price and professionalism... this is a great company and I'll be using them from now on.
