+ -1 moreExcept for one design problem, we’ll and quickly. Had they discussed the front room windows ahead of time we would not have had a mismatch of panes.

+ -1 moreStore did not have stuff ready when picking up more than 24 hours after ordering Store personal was some kind of unpleasant when it turned out some items were replace due to non stock. Personal recharged items without prior explanation and was unpleasant when I asked about the upcharge. Personal did not apply 10% coupon used when ordering when recharging non stock items.

+ 0 moreThe countertop problem had to be subcontracted and Lowes had someone out the next day. I worked with David D. on the planning portion, he was so patient, and I was not quite sure what I wanted. It was a great experience. They were punctual with all dates they quoted me. The remodel was a fantastic experience all the way around. They did no wrong by me.
Description of Work: They helped me plan and install a new Kitchen. That included cabinets, countertops, and some appliances.
