I had a bad experience with this company. At first she was fine and cleaned my home. Then she broke the appointment without calling to tell me. She showed up two weeks later to clean my home. I will not hire her again in the future.
Description of Work: I hired this company to clean my home.

I am not easy to please and I have pet peeves, like I asked her to go home and take a shower because I thought she was wearing to much perfume. I also don't smoke and have asked her to step outside for a minute if I can smell the smoke after her break (she really does work hard and I've never had to say "your breaks are too long, get back to work". She is a self starter and once she knows what you want, you don't have to ask again. She really likes to tackle the areas that would make me weep and beg to put off until another day. In most cases, she's done the work before I think to ask for it. She loves to organize and has, at my request, organized my den, my kitchen cabinets and my sewing room. The den and the sewing room were scary before Krissy. Now, I want to be there again. She has given me back my home. I'm much more comfortable and don't have to try to ignore areas. I can't say enough good about her work and she does it for a rate that I can afford. I really needed help and Krissy has been that help. If you think you might like to try having someone for a single cleaning or to continuous clean your home, I recommend Krissy. If she says she will be there at noon, she shows up at noon. Also, if I just want to have my home to myself, she understands and doesn't argue the point. This young woman totally fills the bill. If you want to hear, "I've done that already" this is the one you want to hire.
Description of Work: Krissy comes to my home five days a week to houseclean for me so that I can devote my energies to my husband because of his brain injury. Just tell her what you want done and let her go to work. Don't hesitate to let her know if you want something done a specific way. She's really into doing it the way you want it done if you have a special way you want something and she thrives on a challenge. My husband's occupational therapist recommended this young woman to me and I've been really pleased with her work. She works hard and fast and accepts my idiosyncrasies gracefully. She lost her job as a bank teller and now is about to lose her home (no funds to pay her mortgage). Anyone that would like or needs help around the house should hire this young woman. She is amazing at taking clutter and organizing a room and making it look good. I am one of those people that if there is a flat surface, I lay something on it and if the thing I lay on it is flat something else goes on top of that. She has really turned our home around and it makes me feel better because things are not such a mess and I can devote more energy to Kevin's needs. I'd like to help her find more homes to work in on a regular basis or one time only to help her make her mortgage payments. She is single and has lost her job. Fortunately she does have family in the area but I'm sure like most of us, she would like to make it on her own but is having trouble finding a job in this economy. I can't find any fault in her efficiency or her honesty. It seems the bigger the mess, the more eager she is to tackle it. If anyone is interested in talking with her, her name is Kristine "Krissy" Byrne, and her number is 941-920-1726. Sometimes you think you should hire someone by job but I'd hire Krissy by the hour after seeing how efficient and hard working she is. She is willing to work either way. Is it possible to spread this information around either by mouth, email or bulletin board to see if anyone is interested? I never thought I could afford to have someone do this for me but Krissy is worth every penny and surprisingly reasonable and willing to negotiate. Don't be concerned that you won't get your money's worth.
