STAY AWAY! I hired KJH Construction (Kevin and Tim) to replace my roof and replace/repair rotten and damaged wood under the roof. They messed up my roof, then charged me to fix their own mistakes. See the pictures - they claim they couldn't see the rotten wood and yet somehow nailed new joists and plywood right into the rotten wood. The only reason this was discovered is because their quality is so poor, the roof started leaking a couple days after they finished, which ended up ruining the ceiling under the roof and it had to be removed, revealing their poor workmanship. They refused to pay for any of the damage they caused and to do the right thing and take responsibility for their own mistakes. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they're now lying to the BBB about the situation and stopped communicating with the BBB altogether. Kevin actually told me to sue him instead of just taking responsbility and owning up to their own mistakes. Do not make the same mistake I did, stay far away from Kevin and Tim Holmes.

All work was done in an amazingly fast time frame. These guys knocked it out of the park!! highly recommend KJH to all who are searching for roofing/construction work, there prices beat all the competitors along with the quality of work they preform!

KJH got it done sooner than I had anticipated and the roof looks great! They are a pleasure to work with and I would definitely hire them again!

Outstanding and awesome!! After spending a year or more researching metal vs shingle roofs, in addition to feeling uneasy with what was under the surface, this company provided reassurance and photos along the way to help me understand how much more work was completed and fixed other than the roof just “needing to be replace”. Very very grateful

The owner and employees were very professional and knew exactly what they needed to do to put a rubber roof over a metal roof. Were professional in their work and cleaned up area exceptionally well. Proper insulation was used, rubber roof glued and sealed, and properly attached to the metal roof. I would definitely recommend this company for any roofing needs you have. Were quick and worked until job was done.

I am so glad I hired KJH roofing to do the job. Once they got into the job they found major problems. Other roofing companies would have ripped me off. They solved the issues correctly, professionally and in a timely manner. I have already recommended KJH roofing to friends.
