+ 0 moreHe really messed up the ceiling during the repair. He had it angled into the wall. Now I have to have someone come back in redo what he did. The painting and popcorn texture was ok; he just really messed up the angel of the ceiling.
Description of Work: He was hired to redo my ceiling and repaint the room.

Description of Work: We needed minor repairs made quickly to a home we were selling, prior to the appraisal. My husband contacted Kevin early in the week, Kevin stated that he has made this type of repair numerous times, knew exactly what to do, quoted an approximated price and said he would be there Friday. He asked my husband to call back and leave the address on his voicemail since he didn't have a pen to write with. My husband did so, also asking him to confirm receipt. He did not get a reply back. My husband tried calling at least two more times, always leaving a message, with no response. We finally hired someone else and left a message with Keving advising him of this. As a result, the repairs were not made before the appraisal was performed, fortunately we still passed. I really don't understand how people stay in business when they conduct themselves this way.

+ -1 moreHis name is actually Kevin Reese. He is very good. He has done a very good job. He is very reasonable. He is very skilled and talented. He is very willing and flexible. I would recommend him. He did all this work over a period of about a month. He is here for about 3 hours and charges me about $200.00. He really saved the day.
Description of Work: The handyman came out and hung drapery rods, put up blinds for me, made some doors for a closet, put up wire shelves, and put up a chandelier.

+ 1 moreMr. Reeves was prompt, gave me a reasonable estimate, and stated he could not get to the work until the end of October. However, he called me a few days later and said his current project was on hold, would he like him to come right out. I agreed. He came on the appointed day, explained in detail what he was going to do, and completed the job by late afternoon. The work was craftsman like, the price included materials, and was right on estimate.
Description of Work: Repaired eaves, replacing rotted wood. Also replaced areas of rotted T1-11. Painted finished work.
