I Called to inquire about services offered, called me back same day and was scheduled for next day. Climbed into attic area and looked at every aspect of Condo inside and out. I wanted the Wind Mitigation Study, which is good for 5 years,to get a reduction in my Condo Insurance. I was leaving to go back North within the week, I had the wind mitigation study emailed to me that evening and onto the insurance company the next day. I was delighted with the work done and the manner I was treated.
