Tom and his team did an excellent job with the "remodel" on our yard -removed turf/ put down shells/ added new plants/ all new irrigation system and added outdoor lighting. They also handle our monthly maintenance and I've been very happy with how the yard looks! Tom is very responsive to text/email and was instrumental in helping me get the full rebate from MCUD. Best service provider we have on the island!

I have been using this company for over a year and they are fabulous! Carlos takes care of my Lawn so beautifully, he pays attention to detail and never dissapoints. Tom was the first to contact me after listing on homeadvisor- within 30 minutes of listing! He bid our re-landscaping, irrigation, lighting project and completed the job in a week. He was easy to work with and really listened to what we wanted. The team was great - very committed to quality and getting the job done. They cleaned up at the end of each day and really went the extra mile to do everything we requested. We will be using his services for our monthly maintenance as well. Great Company

Excellent communication during the course of the project.

Island Garden Services is a new company, just starting up. I met with the owner, Tom Lilly, who has a partner, (Carlo?), who does the garden work. I'm not sure of their arrangement. Anyway, Tom and I agreed to work together on both lawn maintenance and landscaping. Then he backed out, saying that, as a new company, he needs many customers whose gardens require less work than my large one. He is new to gardening in Florida and readily admits having much to learn. Since my gardening experience, like his, is in the Northeast, I looked to him to answer landscaping questions, and the entire assignment was just too much for him. Only when I brought in a long experienced gardener did I find that Tom and I had both missed that a number of my plants are dead and must be replaced. It takes time to learn the local plants, and I'm sure Tom will eventually learn how to manage Florida landscaping. Tom is a pleasant person. He maintained my lawn for a month and did an excellent job. BTW, I rated work quality high because, as things turned out, Tom's only work for me was maintaining the lawn, and that was beautifully done. I rated value for the money high because, for that one month, he charged me little. Given what I've written, I'm not sure what to say about customer service. I'm sure that Tom will learn and be able to get a 5-star rating in Florida landscaping. I wish him well.
