+ -1 moreCLEL SMITH is the owner, he sat down with me in the shop, listed issues I was having trouble with, testing the computer while we talked. he took as few passwords as he needed and told me what he would do. There was a rush 24 hour option for $40, additional that was available. I had a few calls to inform me what he was doing and ask my preference or passwords to reload. .Clel took a few days delivered the computer to my home to help me reload certain things and did some teaching, which I needed. He was here about 2 hours, gave me new cable for the hard line to the lap top, no charge. He was so knowledgeable, energetic and caring. I had back pain issues and needed extra care. He puts the customer needs first. He is a young man who understands high tech and can instruct you in a manner that is easily understand. He wrote some things down for me. He is very patient . My computer is so fast now and everything works like it did when it was new! .
Description of Work: My Dell Laptop is 4 years old, had multiple upgrades, Windows 7-10,and was at a snails pace. I could not load many sites, it would say page unresponsive, kill or wait. It was so stressful and I could not get to see or pay bills.I had Spectrum here thinking it was my wireless. all connections were repaired and Lap top tested, definitely was the computer itself. I had asked friends who they thought I should bring it to and 3 said without hesitation, HURRICANE COMPUTERS on Manatee Ave., This business has done a lot of professional, trusted work to have this reputation without advertising.
