Howz It Flowin Inc doesn't exist anymore. They now go by Howz It Flowin Agin and do marvelous work. They can be reach at 941-567-6220 for a backflow test.

Its nughtmare experience for us. They didnt come as the time they promised, they charged emergency fees of $50 additional but showed up 3 weeks later. Never send a bill and disconnect our water after 2 days of work bec we didnt pay bill that they never sent. Should have read review before order them. Should give them 0 star but lers be generous to give her ( Diane) 1 star that she doesnt deserve

HORRIBLE! They are a dangerous combination of arrogant and incompetent. Where to begin??? In 2015, they NEVER sent an invoice to me and the mandatory county backflow test was overdue and the county tested it and charged me three times the fee. Now ?Howz it Flowin?? claimed they did mail me an invoice four months earlier AND sent a hard copy via the Post Office; I received neither. I asked for a resend of the May email, but they claimed they could not access it. The backflow ?failed? and I was forced to buy a new one. I let the people who can?t manage to get an invoice out to install a new backflow. I paid them on 10/28/2015 and by 11/11/2015, they still did not come out to install it. The county sent registered letters threatening to shut off my water. I had to email them again; they finally arrived. The install was not an issue, and it appears to be working. Now in 2016, they, AGAIN, failed to email me an invoice. I email them in the end of November asking where the invoice is. They, AGAIN, lie to me and say they sent it in October. I ask, AGAIN, to see the email and they, AGAIN, say they cannot access the email. So I finally get an invoice. Due 12/31/2016. A 10% late fee charged if you are late. I was five days late. They call and say it is now an additional $20.00 because it is considered an emergency. I say their own invoice says it is a 10% late fee, not $20.00. The person on the phone actually said (are you ready for this??) ?that is for repairs only, not testing fees. I mean, why would we charge 10% of $17.95?? I don?t know!! I can only read what YOUR INVOICE SAYS!!? Now perhaps my laser eye surgery suddenly ceased and I can no longer see but it says: ?Invoice must be paid in full prior to test being performed. Test will be completed within 30 days of payment. There will be a 10% late fee for past due payments. The back flow must have water to it in order to be tested or there will be a return trip fee.? NOTHING about a $20.00 fee AND an abject DENIAL that the invoice says what it says!!! Then she pulled back a bit and said ?we are revamping all our invoices to reflect that.? Reflect what? You just denied that it said that!!! Then the lies continued: ?we sent that email through Quickbooks!? When I asked did you ever think there is an issue with your Qucikbook she indignantly said ?no, because you?re the only one who says they didn?t get it.? Gee....is it possible, you idiots, that the input in to Quickbooks mistakenly left my name out? Two years in a row....but it CANNOT be their fault! So I ask for my payment back and she tersely says ?okay, minus a $3.00 bank fee.? I mean, there are idiots and then there are IDIOTS! I wouldn?t trust these morons to water my flowers. They would most likely show up without a hose and just spit on the flowers and send me a bill. NOTHING aggravates me more than businesses who do not accept responsibility. DO NOT hire these clowns.

All of my outdoor faucets leaked and my attempts at repairing them (i.e. replacing the washers) were unsuccessful. I contacted this company because they do my backflow inspection each year. The plumber arrived the next day EARLY and completed the work in under an hour. Not even a drop of water escapes now, and I couldn't believe how little he charged. I almost called another plumber I use regularly, but I have always thought they charged too much. I may use Howz it Flowin? from now on for all my plumbing needs if this is an example of their service.

He came into repair some bath tiles and things and he was so dirty. He was dirtier than a homeless man. I think he was working on outdoor something, it happened to a neighbor too it wasn't just me. The repair was okay but his toes were sticking out of holes in his shoes. He had done some outdoor work for the condo association and that's why I used him. The price wasn't bad it was just that he was so dirty. I would have to grade an F overall because of the dirt. He was not professional.
