Very favorable experience. Especially the move in and the termination of the storage contract.
Description of Work: Rented Storage unit during sale of house for 12 months. Company offered use of truck to move our stuff in. Place always clean, When on premises observed employee making rounds. Unit was clean upon rental. Able to terminate storage agreement by turning in lock and keys with pro rated rent for last month. Company has several locations in Bradenton. We used the location at 3760 Cortex Road West.

I abandoned them as a possible vendor, for possible bait and switch.
Description of Work: I asked for quote to have 3 moving boxes delivered to my house. The website clearly states $59 delivery and free re-delivery fee. I called to get a quote, and was quoted the published numbers on the website. When I called the schedule the delivery, the drop off fee jumped to $108.00, and the redelivery fee jumped to $108.00.

HIDE-AWAY ADVERTISES A $59 DELIVERY FEE AND FREE REDELIVERY WITHIN ITS REGULAR SERVICE AREA (FROM HILLSBOROUGH/PINELLAS COUNTIES SOUTH TO COLLIER COUNTY). UNFORTUNATELY, PASCO AND POLK COUNTIES ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR REGULAR SERVICE AREAS AND THEREFORE INCUR AN ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEE AS STATED BY THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSE. WE NEVER INTENTIONALLY MISLEAD POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS CONCERNING THIS DELIVERY SERVICE AREA/FEE AND ARE DISAPPOINTED THAT WE DID SO IN THIS CASE. WE WILL UPDATE THE TEXT ON OUR WEBSITE TO CLARIFY AND BETTER DEFINE THE DELIVERY AREA WHICH RELATES TO THE $59 DELIVERY FEE.

Description of Work: They arrived promptly at the house, to unload containers & move them into the house. They then transported a couch & other items to St. Petersburg, where they unloaded. They moved goods from St. Pete back to my home and unloaded & placed items in our house. The crew was efficient & pleasant and I was very impressed with their professionalism. I will gladly recommend them and will use them in the future for any moves or storage.
