dryer vent cleaning
+ -1 moreAm happy to add a picture of mold on towel i just used to wipe one duct just a couple inches into opening, along with the cracked plastic bathroom panel and the fiberglass insulation left laying all over my daughter's toys. Not sure how to add them but let me now if I can as happy to provide proof this company is terrible!!
Description of Work: Called to have our air ducts cleaned. Explained that my son has started to allergy attacks when we arrive in Florida at my mother's condo. They assured me they could clean ducts. First of all they "cleaned" 7 ducts in the space of 45 minutes which should have been my first clue. They assured me they wouldn't need drop cloths because there would be no dirt. However they left insulation scattered in one closet and managed to crack a plastic light cover in one bathroom - leaving the shards all over the floor. But the worst part is, it looks like no actual ducts were cleaned. When my sons allergies didnt get better I opened the return vent a few days later and wiped the duct around the edge with a moist cloth. Came away completely dirty with mold!!! I am beyond angry with this company about charging for work they didn't actually do. Total scam!!! Do NOT use this company.
