Initial attempts to contact this company were frustrating. After a number of calls to an answering service were not returned, I was able to reach Robert Newingham (the owner) directly by phone late on a Friday afternoon. The following day (Saturday) Robert came by to survey the job. Apparently, Robert was trying to do everything himself, answering phone calls, estimating and scheduling jobs, actually doing the work himself (with an assistant) and being overwhelmed by the demands .Overall, I was impressed by his knowledge and demeanor along with a reasonable bid and we arranged for the work to be performed on the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, a major storm system arrived on that day - no work was performed and I'm sure it played havoc with Robert's job scheduling. Several days passed with no contact from Robert, so I made another phone call. This time , however, I reached and quot;Boband quot; (not Robert) who advised me that he had just come on board to assist Robert with answering the phone, and with doing .job estimating and scheduling leaving Robert free to do the actual work. In a couple of days and quot;Boband quot; came by to double check the job requirements along with the price and rescheduled the work to be performed in the morning five days later. That morning came and went without an appearance by the gutter crew. However, around 1;00 pm, and quot;Boband quot; called to explain that they'd been unavoidably delayed and would be arriving soon - and they did! The job itself went very well, Robert is very experienced and professional at what he does. Important improvements to the gutter system had been recommended and were put in place along with the overall repair, cleaning, and maintenance of the entire system. Despite the difficulty in acquiring the service, I was extremely pleased with the end result.. Hopefully, the addition of and quot;Boband quot; (who's also VERY capable and experienced) to the team will enable the owner, Robert Newingham, to avoid the troubles of the past.

Work went well. He was easy to work with and when the HOA said the downspouts were wrong color, he quickly fixed it.

After first contact Robert came to our house one day later. He gave us an estimate and immediately started his work. We are extremely satisfied both with the professional way he conducted his work as well as the result.

Called and took a week to call back. Went with another company.

They work was fantastic. Their response time wasn't very prompt. The crew was fantastic as well as their cleanup.

Took gutters down originally, and then after roof repairs were done, put gutters back up and cleaned them and the downspouts. They work perfectly now.

My first attempt to call I had to leave a message. Didn't get a return call until two days later(he needs to work on that). When he did call, he was courteous, proffesional, and apologetic(for the delay in returning my call). He made an appt. with me on the following day,at my convenience(after work). He was informative about his product, what I needed, where I needed it and why. He arrived for the job when he said he would and completed it in one day(he worked diligently all day). I had to call him back for a few minor leaks. He arrived the next day, caulked the leaks and told me to call him back for absolutely any other problems. No problems since.

He wasn't able to make the initial appointment, but called with plenty of time to reschedule. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He kept everything cleaned up. I was so impressed with his work. I felt it was important to add them to the list.
