Good service

The building inspector was effusive in his praise of the work. One of the numbers on my house had broken, and I had been procrastinating on fixing it, and the crew, without me asking or charging me, fixed it. When the color shingles we wanted wasn't available, and wouldn't be for some time due to supply chain issues, Get Coastal worked with us to find another color that actually goes better with our house. Most of our roof deck is dimensional lumber instead of plywood, and they worked to make sure we keep our insurance discount for dimensional lumber. Their final cost was exactly on the estimate with no cost overruns. Very happy customer!

My experience with them were good. The was done as promised, but they lack communication between the office staff and customer once the contract was signed.

They are very friendly and very Very fast. Withiny an hour they arrived, had a plan drawn up and an estimate and within 2 more weeks my roof was installed. They don't play around and the prices were very competitive. Would definitely hire them again but sadly I won't need them for another 15 to 20 years.

It took a while for the appt., given the employee shortage. When they came they knocked out the work quickly. Hard to evaluate the quality since it has not rained recently. Communication was good. Personable sales force. They were clear as to what needed to be done. Provided before and after photos⠦⠦

The men's came in and went to work we were amazed of how they work so well together. Explain to us what damage were on the roof and fix it ,and we both feel we have a safe roof. The inspection was great showing us the damage by a video of it. Explains to us how they would repair. The lady at the office were very kind and knew what we were talking about and answer our question. I would say this company is worst hiring, they tell u what they will do and you can trust them.

Very professional from start to finish. We ran into some weather difficulties (too much rain) so had to postpone and reschedule on a number of occasions. Firm was very flexible to assure that services were provided on a schedule that worked for me. Great team to work with.

The crew was very professional. They had to reconstruct our flat roof. They did a great job.

The entire process was extraordinarily professional and effectively solved our roofing repairs. Gavin, Dina and Corey were also available to assist us throughout the process. This is a great company that is a cut above and can be trusted to give honest and valuable advise and work. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Everything was top quality, except during the period just before the repair there was a lack of communication about when our project would start. The quote process was excellent. The repair was beautifully and efficiently done.

They covered up bad a drip board it should have been replaced, nailed the roof on it instead.

The sales man Nick was very helpful. And if you didnâ t understand something or needed more help, he would take his time to make sure you understand everything.

The process was nothing but professional right from the very beginning. The two gentleman that came to inspect the damage were quite thorough in the inspection and the explanation of everything that needed to be done to correct the problem. In short, they are very professional organization.

They responded quickly to an emergency situation, on a Saturday. Very pleased with them.
