Ordered a TV in early December. It wasn't delivered until late January by two people who barely were able to plug it in. Total incompetence. After 1 day, the TV didn't work. I got a replacement right away, but the morons from Best Buy refused to install it. Claimed we didn't pay for the installation. I called Geek Squad again (it takes about 1 hour to get to someone). They admitted the error, but I would have to wait until mid February for installation, more than 2 months after I purchased the TV. I am now demanding a full refund for the TV and installation charge.

As a college student who recently bought a new laptop I needed the Microsoft Office software for my PC. I looked online and found the product and it claimed that the store had it in stock. I went to the store but then could not find it. I asked the software person and they could not find it either. I went home and looked online again. It still claimed that it was in stock so I ordered it "Site to Store" and went to pick it up once I got the confirmation email. Because I had ordered it with my father's credit card, they refused to allow me to pick up the item. I went back home, got my dad, and went back. In about five minutes they found what was supposed to be my software program. I looked at the program once the associate gave it to me to find that they handed me the wrong one. Once I pointed this out it took them thirty minutes to find mine. While the software was reasonably priced and works amazingly, Best Buy did a terrible job. They're products were misplaced, they tried to sell me the wrong program, and then the associates themselves had trouble finding the right program.

They are excellent. Everything went well except for one thing. The delivery guy didn't put the level 2 into my refrigerator. However, I will ding them a bit on that; but they didn't do that on their own. A service rep called me shortly after they left, and asked me if everything went okay. I mentioned to her that my refrigerator was actually tipping back. She got hold of them immediately, and they had to come back to level the way it was supposed to be. It was little negative there; but I can't complain because they fixed it.
Description of Work: I bought a refrigerator from Best Buy on Tuesday.
