Description of Work: Dirk Stroh has been our go to realtor on several properties in several different geographies. He is VERY knowledgeable in the trade and all the intricacies of the process. He has a unique grasp of all the legal parameters and evaluative tools that the " part-time " ; "I think I'll get my real estate license" people just don't have. His experience in the mortgage business can also be huge plus when navigating a transaction. For a real estate pro that thoroughly understands the business look no further.....you've found the right guy !
