+ -1 moreThey are fine. We actually went with them years ago. They were very professional. They were quick respond if I called and said that I had seen some bugs in my house and I would rather not have any. They would send someone out within a day to re-treat, and that was all part of the original cost and there was no additional charge. It seems like they were not the cheapest in town but I like the fact that if I called they would come back out. They were on time. I would recommend them and I would use them in the future myself.

Description of Work: Had arrangements with them for pest control, termite control and rat control. 2 years in a row didn't provide second treatments as contracted. Technician was a no show for rat treatment--didn't remove 2 rats/traps. Apparently they had no service tracking system. Definitely would not recommend them.

+ -1 moreThey had the termite warranty when we bought the place so we maintained it. If we see a problem they will come out. It is often different people that come out. They are a bigger company and have more turnover.
