This was the first flooring store we went to in our search for replacement flooring for our guest bedroom. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful but not pushy. We were shown a nice variety of products in our price range from the huge selection of flooring in their showroom. Many of their products are actually laid out on the floor so you can see what they will look like when put down.... it was very helpful! We chose a few styles that we liked and were given sample boards to take with us to see how they looked in our home. The salesperson said keep them as long as needed and that she would pick them up when we were done if that would be helpful. Once home, we selected a floor we liked and after calling in the name of the product were given an estimate for the floor and installation. We were so comfortable with our flooring choice, the way we were treated and how well this business was run we didn’t bother to check out other stores or prices so I cannot offer a price comparison opinion. We liked what we picked out and were very satisfied with our experience there so we just placed the order. An installation date was set up and our shopping was done. A few days before they were to come out, Taylor, a store manager, called to make sure we were still OK with the date we set up and ask if we had any questions, requests or concerns about the installation. He was very helpful, patient and professional. The installers arrived on time on the day promised and installed the floor. They were efficient, neat and skilled in their work. The floor is beautiful and we are very satisfied. Not much more I can say other than when we need more flooring, I will just head right back to them. Note: The first photo below shows the room before the new floor was installed. It was being dried out from a leaking pipe. The old water damaged flooring has been removed and only the cement floor remains. The second photo is of the new floor.

With the exception of the person who did the measuring(I found him offensive), this entire process was great! Beginning with Auda's assistance with selection to the actual install, I felt that my satisfaction was the most important objective.

They performed quality work at a reasonable price. I would use them again and recommend their service.

Todd the sales representative was great. He did not hesitate to make suggestions when he felt we were headed in the wrong direction. The installers were the best. From moving the furniture to the actual installation it was 100% professional. We were on very tight timeline with only 4 days available prior to visitors coming. Todd assured me that the installers would start and finish on time and they did. I even had an extra day to get my house back in shape. This was no small task with all 4 bedrooms and office having carpet removed and tile installed.

They came in and removed carpeted area and installed laminate flooring. Squared up the dining area taking out angled areas using flooring that we had left over from the previous owners.New laminate was not an exact match to our kitchen floor, but close match. We opted to try for a close match rather than tear up existing kitchen flooring. We were extremely pleased with the installers. The following day another crew came in and removed old carpet and installed new carpet in living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom as well as hallway and closets. They arrived at 8:20 am and were finished by 12:30 pm. They moved all large furniture in each room and when the job was finished, put everything back. We were very impressed with the installers both days and would highly recommend Flooring America for your flooring needs. Thank you for a job well done.

We recently decided to replace old, worn-out flooring throughout our entire house with new carpet and vinyl plank products. We visited several flooring companies before choosing FlooringAmerica. We were very impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable staff who listened carefully to what we thought we wanted and then showed us several of their products that they believed would work best. We choose carpet for both bedrooms and living room and Cortec vinyl planks with a wood-like finish for bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas. The removal of the old carpet and the installation of the new carpet was done quickly and neatly by crews who were very pleasant, experienced and professional. They arrived at the house at the scheduled time and were done in about five hours. They moved furniture as needed; pulled up the old carpet and pad and disposed of it; checked the floor for anything that might need repair; fixed a few small areas; laid the new pad and carpet; and replaced the furniture. Likewise, the crew who installed the vinyl plank flooring were very pleasant, experienced and professional. They removed the old vinyl sheet flooring in the bathroom and disposed of it before they began laying the vinyl planks in the bathroom, hallway and part of the dining room. Before getting into the kitchen, they pulled up the old vinyl sheet and found a big area that needed to be repaired. They offered to fix it for an additional charge but we opted to do the work ourselves. After the repair, they came back promptly as scheduled and quickly installed the new vinyl planks. The result is our floors are beautiful and we are very happy with the FlooringAmerica products and personnel. We are very happy to recommend them to our family, friends and others who might be looking for new flooring.

I was remodeling my bathroom and needed some tile. Randy, the salesman I dealt with, was very knowledgeable and professional. They had me set up with what I needed in no time, thanks Flooring America!

I can recommend FA whole heartedly. We did have an issue with the sales person we dealt with going MIA for a few days while we were trying to figure out if we could make this happen. It was a tight schedule and short notice, but they managed to pull it off and for that we are grateful. Love the floors and will use them again when we replace more floors in our home.

They got here at 9 and they were done by 2P. We figured it to be around 600 SF. 2 bedrms, a small hallway and lg. master closet.. The carpet is 100% nylon, I do believe and it made to not wear as fast as we had in the past. The builder put in carpet and I was told it would be OK, I did need an upgrade and within 6 months, it was like walking on cement. I really like carpet in the bedrooms, we had already went the route of the hardwood in bedrms. etc. and it was hard to keep clean, because you were chasing dust bunnys in the closet and under the bed and in the corners...also, carpet with pad is just so confortable! Tyler showed a great pad for us and the perfect carpet...We have had alot of homes in our life-mostly new homes, so I think we finally got it right-and this the way to go. We can't believe we we waited. We feel Flooring America was very professional.

It went very well. We were able to purchase a remnant for a very good price for the bedroom and were happy with the price we negotiated overall for 2 rooms of carpet. The installers arrived on time on the day scheduled and did a good job. They replaced a section of carpet in the bedroom not being recarpeted and cleaned up after themselves.

The installers were professionals. They showed up as scheduled, removed the carpet and tile from two rooms, and carefully unpacked and layed down the bamboo making sure everything was aligned. They were pleasant and friendly and conscientious. I would definitely use them again.

The installation guys were fantastic. They were very professional. Raymond, the salesman, was very helpful. It was just a good experience. The cost included the flooring, removing the old, installing the new, and special underlay padding. We set a date per my request, I thought the painters would be done, they were not but the flooring gentlemen were so accommodating.
