Description of Work: Elite Heating and Air installed a new 16 SEER 410 A Split System with Variable Speed Air Handler and 5 KW Heater. They also istalled an Electronic Air Cleaner. The job was completed as promised. We would definately recommend and use them in the future. Great company to work with!

+ -1 moreWhen Ryan arrived, we explained that the toilet kept turning on and adding water to the tank. After checking out the toilet, Ryan replaced the flapper and flush valve. When he checked it out, everything was working as it should be. Ryan was very efficient and neat and we would use Elite Plumbing again.

+ -1 moreThe plumber arrived two hours after calling. He checked out our pipes and then went upstairs to check out their bathroom. Apparently the toilet wasn't sitting right and caused our leak. The plumber then fixed their toilet and we have no more leaks. The plumber was very professional and took care of the problem.

+ 0 moreThis company was recommended to me by a friend who has used them for more than 10 years. My experience was excellent. There was no hard-sell. They explained various things and showed me where the air filter was located and how to replace it. They provided me with 2 air filters. Also use them for my plumbing contractor as my house is about 30 years old. I wanted a service contract with a reputable company. They identified a couple of connections that need to be replaced. I felt very comfortable with both the HVAC and plumbing techs that came out.

He installed Honeywell thermostat and humidistat and provided me with clear verbal instructions on operation of both and a written manual for the thermostat. The installation was done neatly and to my satisfaction. He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered additional questions about the appropriate settings for the humidistat. I also purchased a maintenance agreement for two maintenance calls per year for the A/C & heating units. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided and highly recommend Elite to others.
Description of Work: Inspection and maintenance of existing heat & A/C unit. Installation of thermostst & humidistat (Honeywell) and maintenance contract for 1 year (2 maintenance checks/per year)

+ -1 moreI called Elite based on reviews I read on Angie's list and asked them to provide an estimate for the work I needed. I also got an estimate from the company that I had used previously. Karen at Elite was very professional and sent someone to do an estimate right away. Their price was about $500 less than than the other company for the exact same brand and size of unit. The installation took place the very next day and was satisfactory in every way. Now I plan to switch to Elite for service as well.
