Scott listened to our specifications and followed through with designs that met our needs. He communicated during every step of the process and met all deadlines. The experiences were seamless. Description of Work: Complete gutting of two bathrooms and replacement of tile, plumbing,shower doors, new bathtub,granite counter tops installed, cabinets, mirrors, towel racks, etc. exhaust fans were placed where none existed prior to renovations. Scott Duncan did an exceptional job of coordinating everything, along with his very competent contractor, Fred Bey. I would use Duncan's kitchens again and recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreA schedule was provided and all tasks moved along accordingly. There was one unexpected issue that came to light during the process, but that was resolved expeditiously and the work continued on schedule. Contractor was extremely good about coordination - including the appliance provider, and also very good about keeping us informed as we progressed - thus no surprises. I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future should I need kitchen or bath remodeling.
Description of Work: Kitchen design was completed using buyer's ideas and specs and a set of drawings provided. Materials furnished and installed were cabinetry, cabinet pulls, counter tops. Other work provided was tear out and disposal of existing cabinetry and counter tops. The schedule moved along quite smoothly throughout the month of October. The whole job was completed on time and within budget. .
