+ -1 moreCame out promptly and gave me an estimate. They did not require an upfront deposit for the work (another vendor wanted 35% down). It was about 2 weeks before they came out and did the work which took two workers about 3-4 hours. They were unable to give me an email address for communication purposes.
Description of Work: Installed vapor barrier, flashing, and vinyl siding over one of my roof gables that was leaking during heavy rains.

+ -1 moreDennis is going to do the work for us but he has not started yet. I had neighbors in the park that had him do some work for them and they had good things to say about him. So, I interviewed him and two other companies and I decided to go with him. His bid was good and I have heard good things about him. He was also very good about getting back to me, very punctual and very professional.
Description of Work: I got a quote from Dennis Bacon Construction for putting in 13 new windows.

Description of Work: Dennis Installed windows for us on 2 occasions. He does a good job. I have had his windows now for a few years and we are still satisfied with the em and the install.

+ 4 moreHe has done a lot of work for our home. He was recommended to us by our neighbors who have been very pleased with him. He was very responsive, called when he was on his way, and the price was always right on with the estimate. We have been very happy with his services. Our other neighbors are even using his services as well.
Description of Work: We hired him to convert a porch into a weather type room. He also put six windows in, siding, drywall, installed a new front door, and cement work on our steps.
