Eduardo went above and beyond. He not only replaced what was broken, but added things like a new outlet box at no additional charge. Very honest and straightforward. Hes all about taking care of the customer.

Ed, the owner, called me about 10 minutes after I had put the job on Home Advisor and had his technician at my house 90 minutes later. The work was hampered by bad weather and the heavy rain over the past weeks soaking the ground, but Ed followed up to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely use this company again.

Ed came out to look at my situation immediately. The job was not an easy one...limited access to the well, age of well, etc. Instead of giving me the reasons why they would not take on the job, he assured me they were the right company for the project. His crew came out the next business day and had the entire project completed by noon!!! And for all of the labor my system required, my entire property looks as though there was no work done at all. Don t bother shopping around....Ed is the man!!!!

I got their name from Angie's List after loosing our water. They responded immediately by phone, had someone at the house in 90 minutes & got to work on the problem. The whole line from well to pump had to be replaced & they had it completed & in operation in about 4 /5 hours.

As a first time new home owner, my well failing on me was a very unexpected cost in the first year. Ed Martinez called within minutes of placing a request to home adviser and was out to check the well then next day. I knew my well was in bad shape and Ed confirmed a new well was required. After discussing a plan with his well master they formulated a plan to keep cost down and bring clean water in my home once again long term; as well as, getting me financing to afford the unexpected cost. A few days later Ed shows up, as scheduled, to drop supplies off for his employees to begin their task. 5 hours later after clearing my lines, i had pressurized, clean water coming through my house again. My family and I are truly blessed to of done business with Convenient Water and I highly recommend them for all your well and water needs.

I had an after hours loss of water in our duplex, leaving 2 tenants without any water.
