Convenient Water Treatment

Did the job in 2 hrs time after the diagnosis. Could have done a better cleanup around the installed pump and tank. Nothing big that I couldâ not do my self though.

Ed came down on a Saturday when no one else would and it means everything to me and did everything that I needed.

Not much difference from one to another. Inside of the tank basically same it was the fact that he didnâ t try the dod and pony show and invited us to his home to see the exact system he was selling us. Also his price was better

Very efficient and timely. Did what they said and the amount of time they estimated was perfect.

The men arrived at the appointed time and worked efficiently to install the new water softener/treatment system. They were polite and cleaned up the area when they were finished.

Ed the owner responded quickly to my call and arranged to be at my property within an hour and a half. He correctly diagnosed the problem which was water not coming from the well. He had his team find the well and put in a new pump that was the right size. He completed the job within 6 hours. After the crew left, I realized I did not really understand all that he had done. To correct my previous review, I want to say that he can be trusted and does respond very quickly when he is called. The one thing that I did not get but have since received from him was an invoice with the items replaced, etc. Any previous issues that I felt were not handled well have been resolved and he is a man of his word.

Great product, excellent price, installation tech was a bit grumpy and left the sod around the installation area a mess, but overall an excellent experience! Best value for the money I found in speaking with and quoted from 8 local suppliers. Ed was open, honest and very responsive.
