We have nothing but positive things to say about this experience! After several quotes- this was the obvious choice! The install was neat, timely, and our water feels, tastes, and smells great! Recommended to my sister and brother in law who are in the market for a new water conditioner! If you need one- this is the right choice... you wonâ t regret it

Ed from Convenient Water Treatment called shortly after posting my request on Home Advisor. Ed stated he would stop by the next morning to see what our problem was and to provide an estimate to repair or replace an irrigation pump. We also had a water softener that wasn't working. Ed provided us with a very fair quote for pump and the water softener. We just wanted the job done over with. Ed called one of his field personnel and told us it would be completed that day. Now that is service! I would highly recommend Convenient Water Treatment,

Easy to deal with and very straight forward. Particularly like the fast quote over the phone. All the other places required a site visit and used the time to up sell other products and services. All of them could have given a quote over the phone and simplified scheduling, waiting for arrival, etc.

Ed and Brian troubleshot my well and replaced everything on the same day I called them. Great service. Reasonable. Very personable.

Two days before Christmas and our well pump died! They came out the same and installed a badly needed pump and softener system! Water tastes great now!

An extreme emergency during the final days of a real estate closing required immediate resolution for my homeowner. Within one day of contacting Ed Martinez with the problem, he responded and installed a reverse osmosis system under a kitchen sink in a condo and as a result, the closing continued successfully the same day. Excellent response and efforts and final result. From this point forward, I will always call Ed - and he also recommended a quality plumber for a small nuisanse problem who also helped to "save the day" for my real estate transaction.

although it was my main well they did a through job of explaining and guilding me thru ever step of the process .. if i had any problems in the future I would call them

Eduardo Martinez and his associate were extremely proficient with his product knowledge. Really liked that he was all prepared eith stocked equipment on his truck. Worked all the kinks out and was up in running in about an hour and a half. My water has never been cleaner. Smells great and can feel the softness of the water while showering. Ed and co-worker responded immediately, and had my system running as normal in only 25 minutes after his arrival. The work area was cleaned up as well. I had a pressure tank and limit switches installed. the entire system is now working much better! He also gave me info on a better system that I will think about for the future.

Ed was genuinely concerned that he did a great job for us and thought outside the box on how he could help us. He is a shinning star amongst the many horrible other persons in his business. Because of Ed, my faith has been renewed in his industry. If you want TRUTH call Ed. I will definately use him again!

Ed responded to my phone call almost immediately. When he arrived for the appointment he was very friendly and knowledgeable. M y son, who lives nearby, came to hear what Ed had to say, and we ended up buying a new water softener system for both my son's house and mine. We would definitely recommend this company.

I requested a quote through Home Advisor. Eduardo called me back within minutes and was at my house within 2 hours. Identified that my well pump had gone bad and was able to replace entire system within 2 hours. Very efficient and had all material needed. I was very surprised that they were able to come out same day and take care of the work.

Came on Sunday after receiving call from them. Very knowledgeable and completed job. Had all necessary equipment, including new motor, in well equipped trailer. Serviceman was polite and knew his job well. All went well (no â punâ intended.)

I got my water back on within 24 hours. They were very fast in reassuring me that I would have water back on before the next day. They were very friendly and quick at their work.

We just purchased our new house not knowing that our entire water system was incorrect. All our water smelled awful. I called Ed, the owner and he was very informative and came out within 2 hours. He quickly (and I mean instantly) figured out the problem and had a solution. Himself and an employee had a complete new water system for us in about 3 hours and they were done! I expressed my interest and he came the same afternoon, and he and Brian installed my unit. I am very happy with their service and my new soft water. I had an inexpensive unit from one of the home stores which lasted 3 years. I did not expect to have it repaired, but at the same time was on a limited budget. Edward was able to work within my budget to get a quality unit. Hoping it lasts a long time. I highly recommend Convenient Water.

In and out in 1 and 1/2 hours. Replaced pump and accessories. Clean up outstanding.

One day to get to our house. System was evaluated in less than an hour. The work was completed in 2.5 hours. Very professional work. All work was photographed and documented. The cost was a great value for the work preformed . We now have a system that will work for years to come. I would highly recommend them for any well work. Great job
