Description of Work: Technician was on time. He was able to successfully resolve my desktop PC issue. He also updated the BIOS on my older laptop and installed my paid upgrade to windows 7. Tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and provided several useful maintenance tips. Charge is $99 per hour. I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: Diagnosis of a hard crash on my dell laptop. The technician quickly determined that the hard drive had crashed for good. But we were able to find that the drive was covered under warranty . He even helped fill out the warr claim. When the drive arrived from the vender I was able to reload the XP system with all programs. One further note, after recommending to a friend she was charged $100. I' m not sure I would be as ecstatic at that minimum price.

 + -1 moreBrad was very professional and knowledgeable. Before beginning work, he asked questions to ascertain exactly what was needed. He completed all of the work satisfactorily. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.
Description of Work: I needed to transfer data from my old laptop to my new desktop, install a printer via a wireless connection, and connect a hard drive back-up device. I had attempted to perform the work myself, but encountered too many problems. Also, my laptop was running very slowly, and I wanted to see if he could do something about it.
