+ -1 moreGreat experience. I called for a quote. Someone came out within a couple of days and showed me my options, measured my windows. Once I made my decision, I was told the shutters would take 8 weeks to order and arrive. 8 weeks later, they called to schedule the installation. The installer was courteous, and was extremely careful and meticulous in his installation! They look great!
Description of Work: We had plantation shutters installed in our bonus room. The windows are a unique size and very large. They were measured perfectly. The work was done meticulously! Love how they look and couldn't be happier

Description of Work: The sales person Tyler came to our home with samples and a lot of patience. He was very helpful in helping me to select my automatic blind for our bathroom. The blinds was installed on the date promised. The installer was professional and very neat. More blinds are in our near future and I will call them immediately

Description of Work: The windows were measured; materials for choice proffered; then the people who make the shades came to check out the required product and what it would need; those people made the shades and came, with another man, to hang them. The whole project took about two months.

+ -1 moreThey did two different jobs and the first one was to install blinds in the living and dining room. It came out so good that I ended up having the rest of the house done. There were a total of 14 windows. Ron Ford did a fabulous job. He was very prompt. There was a problem when the blinds came in and he came right out and fixed it with no questions asked. They were really very, very good. Ron and his staff were very professional and I enjoyed working with them. They were easy to communicate with and when I called they got right back to me. He was very personable. The product line was very good and they had a wide variety of levels of products. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them.
