Bobbitt's Appliance Repair

The man never showed up when he said he would. Never called back. Charged me $400 and now the refrigerator stopped cooling. He said he would refund my money. Never heard from him again. He won't return calls and his messages are full so I can't leave another message. I am a single, mental health nurse working hard at Sarasota Memorial to get through this tough time. I cannot afford to throw away $400! Especially since I had to purchase a new refrigerator almost a month after I let that man into my home!!!

He ripped us off for $205. His positive reviews are obviously fake reviews. Said he fixed the problem but that was not true. When we called back the next day he would not come back out and then would not return our phone calls.

I had scheduled Bobbitt's to be at my home at 7:00. At 7:15 I called and asked what time they would arrive. I was TOLD "you have to reschedule, does 9:00 am work?" I said no, we had an appointment at 7:00, 9 doesn't work, why aren't you here? I was promptly hung up on. I called back, thinking maybe we where disconnected. I asked again, "what happened to our 7 am appointment?" and was promptly hung up on for a second time. So, I called a third time, less than pleased and asked, "we can't reschedule?, you really hung up on me?" and after being told, "I can't believe your calling me back" was hung up on again.
