Jason was extremely polite and most helpful. Gave me some advice for some things that need to be done for caulking a few placed.

Description of Work: I don't remember the exact date I called but the service was excellent. They came out very quickly when I called to request an attic check because I thought I had rodents inside. I was told there were no signs of any pests inside at that time and no droppings indicating that they had been there. They would accept no money for a service call and were so professional. I will call them again any time I have a need. Highly recommended!

The technician arrive on time and was very professional from beginning to end. The job was done very quickly and since it was so simple he didn't charge for the visit. We will definitely use them in the future and tell all of our friends what a great job they did.

Description of Work: We bought a three month contract. Just before three months were up, we started seeing ants again. However, they came out promptly, resprayed, and set out lots of little traps in new places. So far the second treatment seems to be working. |I sent them a check for another $65 since it had been almost 3 months, but they returned my check.

As of yet we have not received a bill yet for their yearly contract.We contacted them as we found that our previous exterminators had neglected any treatment,to the extent that we now have to have the property Tented,which these guys are taking care off.

Description of Work: Jason Glenn arrived on time as promised. He did a search for termites and found none. I showed him some bugs I collected in plastic bags and near side door and he was immediately able to determine that the bugs were ants not termites. Jason is very professional and a very pleasant individual. He is also a Navy veteran. I would not hesitate to recommend this person to others and will definitely use his services in the future for any pest control. Jason is an honest man.

It was very good. The treatments were extremely effective. He talked over the process with me, explained the chemicals that he was going to use, how long it would take for them to be 100% effective and he guaranteed the inside treatment for six months and the exterior for two months. He responded quickly and took care of the problem almost immediately.
Description of Work: Best Pest & Termite Control came out and did an in-house treatment, and a yard treatment for me.

I thought they did a good job. I liked their warranty, the relationship they had with their customer service, and they cleaned up well. They weren't the cheapest but they were pretty competitive, and I thought the warranty they offered was pretty good.

We got them through Angie's List. They come out once a month. We have indoor and outdoor with them. We have been using them for years. If they say they are coming they would come. Even if we have a problem in between they would come. The people that they send out are on time and very respectful. If they say they are coming at 10 o'clock then they would come out at 10 o'clock. They are very consistent. We are very pleased with them.

They were prompt and courteous. They were also very professional and very knowledgeable. They did everything that they said they would do. They were excellent. There is a three-year guarantee on their work.

I'm very happy with them. I have annual contract with them. The job went really well. They did a good job. If I have any problems, they had been very good at about getting here promptly. I like the fact that we have had the same technician for two or three years now. He really knows the house now. It had been nice to get that accommodating service.
