Greg was pleasant, very reasonable on price and very flexible. However, his depth of inspecting was inadequate. He only made superficial observations and paid very little attention to detail. I have now closed on the property and have found major issues he did not indicate or uncover. If he could not figure out what was wrong upon first glance, he would simply state that something might be wrong - he does not have the necessary insight to give you a reasonable expectation of what you are getting into. I would highly recommend using a different vendor.
