Aqua Tech (Dan) responded immediately to my request that a Pro contact me, and was here that afternoon to assess my problems. Dan provided (via email) a written estimate that conformed to his verbal estimate. He returned 4 day later with all necessary parts, and fixed the issues and made some additional requested changes. All in all, very professional in their work and customer service.

Impressive response to emergency need (water pooling in back yard); called Monday morning; had people there in an hour or so; excellent consistent communication with company representative (I was at work, not home); absolutely uncomplicated; really, really impressed with what transpired. Cost? Sure, a wee bit pricey; but I paid for what I received: rapid, effective, resolving actions. I'd do it again.

Price unexpectedly increased when there was additional charge for system checkout which I was told was included in $85 visit charge.
