Response from American Air Conditioning & Restoration, LLC
We appreciate you taking the time to post your feedback. I went back and pulled your original file to see if there had been any comments or concerns after the cleaning was performed and I could not find any. I did make a follow up phone call to you and my call was not returned. I also made another phone call to you a few days ago but I have not heard back. I am very sorry that you felt that you could not contact us and talk about your situation. I would have been more than happy and willing to send a technician back to re-evaluate your grout. I'm also not sure why the other company that you hired told you that you should not have your grout steam cleaned. In actuality, our method is called a hot water extraction method and it is the ONLY method that is considered a deep cleaning method. After the cleaning is performed, we absolutely 100% always apply a clear sealer to the grout lines. It takes 24 hours for the grout lines to completely dry and show it's "true color". You also will not "see" the sealer since it is clear. Also, if any type of high alkaline or acidic cleaners were used to clean the grout since our visit in July of last year, it may have worn the sealer right off. If the grout lines were stained to begin with, then no cleaning method will get them clean. The only solution would be to color seal the grout lines. Again, had I been made aware that your expectations were not met, I would have done anything and everything I could to make it be the outcome you had wanted. Here at ACR we truly make our customers a top priority and that includes your happiness. We want everyone to be 100% satisfied and will work diligently until that is achieved. Thank you.
