Description of Work: I don't usually give an A rating across the board, but this one is well deserved. From the intake phone contact to the completed job, everyone was pleasant and professional. I had the tile and grout cleaned and sealed in the master bath. It looked better than when we bought the house when the job was done. In another bath, the caulk seam needed to be repaired. The tech came back several days later to check the color match, didn't like it and redid the work that he'd done a few days before. I'd have been okay with the first time, but he was right and the fix is better than the original seam. He left the work area clean and tidy both times. I'd call them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: I am OVER THE TOP about American Cleaning. They did such a good job for me. Their initial crew was outstanding, and I was 100% happy with the job. However, they weren't, due to some stubborn wine stains. They sent back a second crew to work on that affected area, and my house couldn't look better. These guys were GREAT!!
