They were very good and punctual.

I ordered ceramic tile grout cleaning. They cleaned my bathrooms and kitchen ( a two man crew) fairly quickly. However, the lead cleaner stated that my kitchen grout was beyond cleaning...meaning the dirt had soaked in because there had been no grout sealer ever applied. This seemed a logical explanation. So they rescheduled for a later date to come out to actually apply a colored grout sealer to my kitchen floor. They brought in several colors for me to choose. When they arrived for the application, it was horrible weather outside (tornadoes, etc.), but the technician arrived anyway. He spent several hours being very detailed while painting each line of grout - being careful not to get paint on the actual tiles. I was very impressed with the final result...and several of my friends thought I actually re-tiled the entire kitchen!!! Well worth the $150.

They did a very good job. They were very accommodating and polite. They were on time.

They certainly did a diligent job. They unfortunately had an equipment breakdown which was no fault of theirs so they had to come back the following day with a new piece of equipment. They did the job in a timely way. May be my expectations were too high but they were really not able to do much with the grouts. As a matter of fact they said that there was a process of painting over it to cover the grouts but I wasn't happy to get that done. They could have done a better job with the service but I didn't have any complaints either. I wouldn't use them for the grout cleaning again but may be contact them for a bid.

The work went very well overall. He was on time, thorough and did a good job. They are not cheap, but they do great work.

It worked out great! They did a fantastic job from start to finish. My wife said they were very professional as far as their scheduling was concerned. They were super nice when they came out to measure. They wanted to make sure we got the value for the dollar. When they found out we didn't have as much tile, we mentioned the rugs, and they said they would be happy to do the rugs as well. The owner called to make sure we were happy.

I purchased the Big Deal through Angie's List and was promptly contacted by the company the next day..Becky was friendly,informative and responed to my e-mails quickly..On day of service, Tom and Wade were right on time and began work immediately..Tom was very upfront when he expressed concern that floor may not be restored to original condition as had not been cleaned and sealed in many years..His concerns were unfounded as my floors have never looked so great!! I cannot tell you how pleased I am! The whole thing took about 2 hours and looks sensational! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I contacted ACR through an Angie's List Big Deal. They were offering to clean up to 500 sq.ft. for $250 (as I recall). This is half off their regular pricing, I was told. I measured my areas and only had 140 sq.ft. but they said they'd honor the per sq.ft. cost of the Big Deal and clean the tile and grout and seal the grout for $70 rather than the regular price of $140. Since I work about 10 minutes from my house I asked if the cleaning would call when he was getting close and he did. He arrived about 20 or 30 minutes after he called me. The job took about 2.5 hours. He was having trouble with some of his equipment. Specifically, his vacuum wasn't providing the proper amount of suction. He was apologetic about it and said that he was having this problem all day. He mentioned that the job would have come out better had he not been having the suction problem. I thought the floor and grout in all three rooms turned out quite well. There were a few areas of grout that didn't get quite as clean the rest (in the kitchen). I should mention that we've been in the house for six years. As far as I know the tile in all three areas was laid down about two years prior to that. The grout was dingy when we moved in and we've scrubbed it on hands and knees two or three times since we've moved in. So, it's never really had a good, professional, deep cleaning. The cleaner said that the best thing to do is the next time they need cleaning to have the grout tinted as well. All in all, I think he did a great job, the floor looks great. I'm curious to see what it would look like if the equipment was working at 100 percent. With that said, next time the equipment is not working properly I'd suggested canceling - it would be an inconvenience to everyone, yes, but if you explained the situation I think that most people would understand. I'll certainly give them a ring the next time I need the tile and grout cleaned. UPDATE: ACR called about a week after the original cleaning and said that they'd like to have another look at the tile to see if it was as clean as it should be given the trouble with the suction. A co-owner and technician came out and decided to do all three areas again and they did, indeed, come out a bit cleaner than the first time. I really did think that the floors and grout were clean last week but there was a difference. To say that ACR takes pride in their work would be an understatement. They even tinted several of chips in the tile and a section of grout that was actually mortar (a bungled repair job done by a prior owner that was actually black and quite noticeable). I was happy before and thrilled now. Customer service is not dead, that's for sure. I can recommend ACR for tile and grout cleaning without reservation. I assume that their other cleaning services are also top notch.

They called me an hour earlier than my appointment and asked if it was OK to come early. They came over early and after they measured, they started the job right away. It took about an hour and a half and my carpets look amazing. I hadn't had them professionally cleaned in years (we usually use our Bissell) so the carpets were pretty dirty. They were very polite and professional and there were no hidden fees. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I am very happy. They are just really neat guys. The work was wonderful and they did everything in a timely manner. They didn't leave anything behind. It was very tedious work that they did. I would tell anyone to use them. I have recommended them to friends and I would use them again.

Tom Egan came to see the problem a week before he did the work and gave us a quote. He came back with his assistant and enclosed the areas needing removal and repair. Work was explained to us and what was needed to do after his work was complete. He was very informative and did a wonderful job, very professional and polite. I would reccoment this company to everyone.
