He was excellent. I bought the special from Angie’s list and then I doubled it. There was only person and he was very polite. He was little late and he called and informed me. He was very professional. He walked in and told exactly how much time he would need and which patterns he would follow. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and did a great job at it. He was good on all the fields.

Ceramic tile floors in the house we recently purchased were dirty beyond what I was able to clean. Part of the problem is that the grout had been colored & sealed by the previous owner, and the color sealant was never properly removed from the tile and had stained the tile in many places. Tom & Travis were able to remove most of the offending sealant from the tiles, and the few spots where the sealant wouldn't come out completely, it has been lightened substantially. The tile & grout are a pale bisque color and the tile has many small indentations to make it appear like natural stone, but also making it very difficult to clean. Tom & Travis showed up right on time and were professional and very pleasant. Tom was very thorough in explaining the cleaning process and afterward gave us great instructions to help us keep this type of ceramic tile properly cleaned. We are extremely happy with the results & wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I called several different companies for estimates, but this came through as a special offer from Angie's List, so I signed up for the deal. They cleaned 14 vents for the advertised price and did a great job. Only complaint is that the black stains outside of my vents were not cleaned very well, but other than that, great job. From the office staff to the service tech, they were friendly and timely. I even had a problem in August 2011 with one of my vents rattling, so I called them and they came out immediately and fixed it for no additional fee. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone else.

I used one of their big deals that I got through Angie's List. I had them do some additional work and so I paid them a little more. They called and informed about the appointment a day before. The job turned out really good and I am really happy with them. They had really good customer service. The workers were good and there was nothing exceptional and nothing derogatory.

Arrived on time, completed the work and charged a very reasonable price. I will use this company again when cleaning is required. Carped looks very good.

They did a great and thorough job. They took care of all the spots in the carpets. I was surprised that they were able to get them out. They put a protector coating on the carpet. It was for a low cost; for the Angieslist coupon. They did a good job of communicating. There was a little confusion about what time they were supposed to be there. I thought that they were supposed to be there an hour before they got there. I called and they were able to answer the phone and respond. They were accommodating and I was happy overall. I guess I would use them again.

It went very well! I purchased their Angie's List "Big Deal Coupon." When I called to schedule, they were very nice and were able to get us on the schedule very quickly. The technician was running about a half hour behind and called me near the end of my "timeframe" to let me know. Fortunately it worked with my schedule. Once he arrived, he measured all the rooms and gave me a quote. The price was very reasonable, so we decided to clean ALL the carpets in our house. (The coupon included 400sf, they honored the same "per square foot" price for the entire house.) The technician did a great job and thanked me for my business before he left - how nice! The carpets and rug look great so far and seem to be drying pretty quickly. Plus, the house smells great! We will definitely use their services again in the future.

We recently bought a house that had white tile throughout. Unfortunately the grout was a deep rose color. Aside from being ugly, it gave the tile a very obvious checkerboard look. I hired a different company (specializing in grout) that attempted to apply a colored grout sealer. They said it would not adhere to this particular grout. I contacted ACR and talked to Tom who expressed confidence that with his cleaning and preparation techniques, the grout sealer would adhere. The preparation included acid etching and high pressure, high temperature cleaning. The job was done in two days, transforming the tile completely. It now has white grout and the checkerboard is gone. It looks like a new floor. This was accomplished from New York with phone calls and emails with Tom and his equally excellent wife, Becky. It's clear that Tom knows what he's doing and will do it well! I will be hiring him to clean the air conditioning system and ductwork next.

Overall everything went very well. They arrived on time and proceeded to tackle the job immediately. They were very professional and courteous. The guy that did most of the work, his name is Travis, was very thorough and took his time to do the work right. I was very happy with the way the job was handled and recommend these folks highly.

We loved the tile cleaning and sealing that they provided via Angie's big deal. The service was extremely professional and efficient from making appointments to showing up at the door on time. The tiles were so cleaned that we feel like we got new tiles again! We will definitely use this company every once in awhile to keep the tiles looking good. We have also given the name of this company to our neighbors as well, we will be spreading good words, coz its hard to find good companies! We believe every penny was worth it with this service, the whole process was very easy and they left our house clean as can be. I don't remember the gentleman's name, he was very professional and we are thankful for his professional manners and great services!

They did a great job. They arrived within their promised arrival time and the two gentlemen were very careful, even using guards on all corners so their equipment would not mar the baseboards. While cleaning the tile and grout areas I requested an estimate for carpet cleaning that we were going to have done at a later date. The estimate came in at a very reasonable price and they had the time to do it all in this one trip. The tile and grout cleaning plus the sealing of the grout (as well as the carpet cleaning) were all done to my satisfaction and in fact I would say that since this my first time using Angie's List it won't be the last. Thanks to Angie's List members for recommending them and to the American Cleaning and Restoration gentlemen for doing such a great job.

It was fine. There is an area I want them to come back and fix, but I have not had the chance to notify them yet. The people who came were very kind and courteous, and their customer service was very well.

The lady that answered the phone is very nice, accommodating, and pleasant; I believe she is the owner’s wife. We will be using them again when we need our tiles done. ACR came out to clean our air ducts. I scheduled the appointment with them over the phone. They were polite and courteous. They showed up a few minutes early for the cleaning. It took a few hours; they were very thorough and our a/c is more efficient now and my allergies are definitely a little more under control. I would definitely use them again and would try their other services.

The owner of the company was here alone to clean our tile and grout. It was a big job for one person, and he was professional, friendly, and thorough. We are extremely happy with the results, and would recommend this company to anyone without reservation. Our floors haven't looked this good in years!
