Mike and Rob arrived at the scheduled time and walked through the house with us so we could show them the areas we wanted done~They were very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on both the carpeting and the tile (both of which were in need of a good cleaning!! ). They did have an issue with the unit on the truck but called and had another truck brought in, so that wasn't much of a problem, it just extended their time at the house a bit. I would definately use American Cleaning and Restoration again and will recommend them to everyone. Every employee I was in contact with was great and their prices were very reasonable! Thank you!

The company owner arrived with two helpers that were guided and instructed professionally and competently. Arrived on time, set up, completed and cleaned up with no hassles. As I was having this done for my elderly mothers home I wanted I had several concerns. Having experienced this job at another house with two different other companies and having been dissatisfied I wish I had known of them earlier. I could not be more pleased.

They did a good job. I used the special offer for this service. I think I spent $75 on their services. The woman back in the office was very nice. She kept me up to date on making the appointments and following it up. She was nice to talk to over the phone and they were very nice people to deal with. The few attendants that were here today were very pleasurable. They are reliable and trust worthy. I don’t know about their quality of work because the seal is not dried as yet. Their responsiveness was very good. They were late but the woman promptly called me and told me that they were held up. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

After purchasing the special offer from Angie's List, we contacted American Cleaning & Restoration and arranged for them to pick up our oriental carpet and take it to their facility for cleaning. A representative arrived at the scheduled time and picked up the carpet. They called when the carpet was ready and we arranged a time to have it delivered. They arrived at the appointed time, placed the carpet in the area of our choosing, and took the time to explain exactly what they had done to clean the carpet. We were very pleased with the job they did. The person we spoke to on the phone and the people who came to our home were very courteous and professional, and the whole process went very smoothly. The Angie's List price was near the top of what we would have considered appropriate to spend to have an oriental carpet of this size cleaned, but we were very satisfied with the results.

They were good and we were happy with them. They were professional. There was a spot that was stubborn but they went over it.

I apologize for taking so long to write a review! I made this appointment for my Mom (who is 85) to have her ducts cleaned. The owner of American Cleaning came out personally to do the work. I wasn't able to be there for the work to be done, but mom said he was very professional and did a thorough job, explained everything he was doing, and charged exactly what was agreed. Date of service and amount spent are estimated. Would definitely recommend and would use again. A+ all the way.

This was one of the companies I called for to get air-conditioned duct cleaning estimates. Their estimate was not the lowest not the highest of all. They seemed to be a family business and they were willing to take the job despite coming from Sarasota to Fort Myers. I liked their style; Becky was informative, very enthusiastic and what she could not answer right away she would find out first. By the second call, she answered a few more questions and gave my an appointment date for a couple of weeks later, which I didn't mind. A couple of days from the scheduled date, she called me again to confirm the appointment and left a message with their phone number in case I had any questions. Travis and Mike showed up on time, worked efficiently, did a meticulous job, answered a few questions and despite the two air conditioning systems, they were done in about two hours. Granted, my air ducts were not too bad, but the work had to be done anyway and they did it. They were polite, courteous, and professional. On my request, they gave me an estimate for my tiled floor grout cleaning and sealing; I am sure I will call for their services again in the future.

The technician was prompt, curtious and showed up on time. He explained his company also did duct work and checked to see if I needed that service. He told me everything looked fine. You can be sure I will call ACR when I do need this service. The carpets looked great, but I was concerned about the stairs. I called and Brenda sent her husband Tom over. He spent extra time going over the stairs again. He did his best to get them cleaner. The fault was not theirs... the carpet on the stairs is beyond help. I appreciated the extra care and attention given me and I will most definitely use their company again... hopefully after I can replace the carpets. If you need this service you can trust this company. They do stand behind their work.

They were very professional. They did a super job. They are excellent. Their price was very competitive. They were excellent on everything. They were able to get out the deep stains from the carpets. I would be having them out again. I will use their services again in the future.

He was very pleasant and helpful. He did a great job and I will be using him again next year to grout and seal my bathroom.

We'll have to be the lonely negative report. Becky at the office was fantastic and courteous and prompt and informative. However, Travis was not friendly from the get go. I ordered the Big deal tile cleaning but was told by Travis my shower needed repair work instead. I was quoted $ 200 for the work to which I agreed. But I still had prepaid the cleaning which would not cover the repair. So, Travis asked again what would I want cleaned. After some thought we decided on the kitchen since it is a high traffic area. On the repair I don't think he did any grout work but just sealed it with silicone. This did not take and had large holes and cracks. i emailed the pictures to Becky and Travis was out the next day trying to repair it again. Once again, it did not take and Travis returned yet again now with a different silicone tube and it finally looks better. Maybe he had an off day but this would not explain his attitude before he arrived. Not sure what I paid $200 for. I could have sealed it myself for less-which of course my wife suggested in the first place. The kitchen tile cleaning that I had prepaid was done within 10 minutes and we did not walk on it for about an hour but it does not look at all any better than the surrounding (same) tile in the adjoining areas. Sorry, but we were not impressed. I know the company has a great rating and that is why we selected it in addition to the discount price. We tend to not complain too much (I think). But isn't this what Angie's List is for?

Bought the Big Deal for $79.00 for 400 square feet on September 15th. When I called Becky Egan to set up the appointment she was able to cover my time framed needed. Travis showed up on time September 27th. He did a fantastic job; when I showed the carpets to my landlord he said WOW they look great! I will use them again.

I was pleased with everything. We initially played a little telephone tag but agreed to the services over the cell phone. They came and picked up the rug on schedule, told me what to expect, called when it was finished and delivered it as scheduled. I would recommend them and use them again.

Company is fantastic. At the office, Becky is professional, thorough and easy to talk to. She took time to answer all of my questions and I didn't feel rushed. She called the day before to remind me of the appointment. Travis called before he arrived - early. When I thought about skipping the sealer, he explained why it's important to seal especially right after a cleaning. His explanation was practical and clearly the best thing to do. As we walked through the house he offered to clean my shower. I didn't know it could be cleaned with commercial equipment. What a a welcome surprise. The tile looks fantastic! As I requested when I scheduled the appointment, Travis also evaluated my carpet, air ducts, and a musty smell upstairs. He was thorough and patient as he explained everything he was doing, showed me what he saw, and gave his recommendations. Travis made it a point more than once to ask if I had any questions. There was no attempt from either Travis or Becky to try to upsell or ask me to add things on. They only checked things I brought up. Travis gave a price for the carpet and air ducts which I already knew needed to be cleaned and suggested holding off on any treatments for the musty odor for now. I'll definitely use this company again. Thanks guys, great job!
