Tile and grout cleaning 2 bathrooms; the walls were ceramic as well and included. Arrived as scheduled and I had issues with some of the tiles near and on the floor not seeming to match the cleanliness of other areas. The supervisor returned and utilized some other process (these bathrooms are old)--and some color sealer and all turned out fabulous (no extra charges)

Communication with the office and service staff was excellent. Follow up was fantastic. What a true pleasure it was to work with Becky and her staff. This was a very positive experience from start to finish The bathroom floors came out unbelievably clean. They looked brand new. I couldn't believe it. They were more beautiful that I had ever hoped I was so pleased I had them come back to clean and seal the floors in the entire 3 bedroon house. I also had them come to my primary residence and clean and seal my bathroom and kitchen floors.

I have used them a couple of times and have been extremely satisfied with their work. They cleaned my regular home carpets and also a very priceless Persian rug that they cleaned. I would recommend them to anyone, and will also continue to use them for carpet cleaning in my home.

I got a discounted rate through Angies List. They came and cleaned the carpets and were very thorough and professional. Not only did the price not increase once they got here, but they cleaned an area rug because they said I still had more square footage left. Great!

Called the company and they scheduled an appt. to have my tile floors cleaned/sealed and three rooms of carpets cleaned. the service tech was very prompt, professional and easy to deal with, knew what he was doing. i received a follow-up call from company to ensure that I was satisfied and to see if I could be added to their yearly contact list for service...which I readily agreed to. i found the personnel and service and price to be excellent.

Everyone from talking to the owner on the phone when I called, to the young man doing the job - all were professional, polite and friendly. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

We had a HUGE water leak in our restaurant after hours on a Thursday. We called ACR and they were here in less than 30 minutes!! They extracted 200 gallons of water and set up dehumidifiers and fans throughout the entire restaurant. Once everything was dry, they cleaned and sealed all the tile and grout. They worked through the weekend so we only had to close our doors for 2 days! We were so happy with their service, we have used them personally for floor and upholstery cleaning. They are a local, owner operated business, with a very friendly, accommodating and clean staff! Great experience and would recommend to anyone!

we discovered a leaky water heater. we had it repaired. unfortunately we didn't realize the leak had gone from the garage through a utility closet and on through to a bedroom. when we were getting ready to paint we noticed black spots. ACR came out, diagnosed, and remediated within 1 week. We then used a company they recommended to replace the drywall, woodwork and carpet padding. all this happened in less than 2 weeks.

The price is pretty reasonable. They are very good. They tried really hard but the grout in the tile stain and sealing didn’t come out very well. It was really bad. They cleaned it as much as they could, apologized, and refunded that part that I had paid for. They did a beautiful job on the upholstery cleaning. I would recommend them. The upholstery cleaning was very good. They grout and tile cleaning looked really good but there are limitations to the staining and sealing of grout. The guys were super. They were courteous. They were on time. They were really great guys to work with. They did their job. They were great. They cleaned up after themselves.

They came early, having called to make sure that was all right. They reviewed the work to be done, which was different from what had been described when my husband called and arranged the appointment. They explained the condition of the grout in one bathroom, and what to do about it (it required complete replacement, but sometime in the future). They set to work and completed their tasks efficiently. The kitchen required the most work, because a colored grout sealer had to be completely scrubbed off. They stuck at this until it was done. They made sure we were satisfied with the results before they left.

He doesn't have much of a personality which I don't care because I just want him to do the job. I thought he was good and he was punctual. I had to pay an extra amount that wasn't disclosed because I live in a condo and they had to run supply lines up to another level. All in all it was ok.

This floor had just been put down, and we had major problems with products leaving a residue on the tile. No one seemed to be able to help us fix the issue. When I contacted this company I was pleased with every person I spoke to. They were professional and friendly. They seemed to understand the problem from the first and exactly how to handle it. The service man came out and rolled on sealer, grout line by grout line. He was carefully to keep it in the grout and wiped off any that got on the tile. The job was done in a timely manner, explanations were clear of how to care for it-do's and don'ts. I would use this company again.

I like them. They did a really good job. It was not an easy job but they did it without any trouble. They came when I called and I paid them for the quote they gave me. They didn't allow me to spend more money or have work done that I didn't need.

I purchased a discounted carpet cleaning package offered by Angie's List: $79 for 3 Areas (up to 400 sq.ft.) of Carpet Cleaning and Scotchguard. About a month before the offer expired, I received a call from American Cleaning & Restoration. They wanted to make sure I scheduled my carpet cleaning before the offer expired, since I'd pre-paid for it. They also called because the holiday season was approaching, and they knew their appointments would fill up quickly. I really appreciated them contacting me to make sure I was able to get an appointment time. I'd put it off for so long because I'm a single mom, and I thought I'd need help to move all my furniture. But they assured me that I just needed to move small things, and they would work around the big things like my piano and my giant entertainment center. I had no trouble moving the small things myself. I felt so empowered!! The technician arrived on time, and did a great job with the carpets. He cleaned my large living room, dining room, and hallway. I have old carpets, and I also have a dog, a cat, and a 7-year- old. I had some old stains that I didn't expect to come clean, but they did! I was dazzled with the results, and I wished I'd called them sooner. Plus, with the scotchguard protection, my carpets will resist future stains. I will definitely use this company again, and I highly recommend them to my family and friends. They do a great job for a great price.

We saw the special for carpet cleaning and called for an appointment and left message. We were called back in reasonable amount of time and arranged appointment, they were busy with many customers wanting the special. The workman was late, but had an previous customer a long distance from us and had some unexpected work. That was not a problem with us, as long as we were kept updated and we were. He measured the area we wanted and it was a little over and we agreed to the small extra charge. He cleaned the carpet area very thoroughly and explained one place that was slightly darker. Upon inspection, we think that the pad had shifted underneath the carpet and this caused the difference in color. This was not caused by this company, but because the carpet was poorly installed which we knew but didn't know about this spot. We always had our calls returned and were kept up-to-date on any delays. Any questions were answered and explained well and we were even given some tips on dealing with pet accidents! The carpet was beautiful after the cleaning. The young man doing the work did an excellant job, he even cleaned the baseboards for us. We were very happy with the worker and the work!! We will definitely have this company back for more jobs in the future!

I was very happy with ACR. From the initial phone call to the professionalism of the service, everything was great. I had originally called another company that was referred to me, but the representative setting up the appointment was rude and the price was absolutely unrealistic for the little I wanted done. When talking with Becky, not only was she incredibly friendly, but it was apparent how much her company cares for her customers. When the technicians came out, they were professional and attentive to our requests. The only thing that I noticed was the fact that they didn't use the shoe covers when cleaning the carpets, which seemed somewhat counter productive—but then I didn't ask the guys to wear them, either, and know they would have had I asked. I will next time. The price for the service was great, and I will definitely use this service again, not just for carpet cleaning, but for grout/tile cleaning as well (they gave me a quote when they were out to clean the carpets). I also have to commend ACR for pricing ONLY ON WHAT THEY CLEAN!!! The company I called prior to them wanted to charge me a full room price for only a small area which I was concerned about, but ACR only charged me for that small area. It this type of honesty and quality that I look for and cherish in a company—we have only been in the area for a couple of years and continue to look for services that will be ones we will solely use for our needs. ACR has definitely become one of those. Thanks guys!
