They came and do the restoration of the ground. They did a wonderful job. They had done it beautifully.

ACR returned very promptly and completed the work exactly as they had described. They performed their workquickly, professionally and they were very courteous at all times. The work entailed moving the furniture in and out of the room and they were very respectful and careful when moving the various items. This is my first time in hiring thiscompany and now I would highly recommend them in the future without hesitation. Again I was very impressed with theirlevel of professionalism and knowledge. They expressed a very positive concern in getting the job done correctly and notjust getting the work done. I highly recommend the ACR.

We had a coupon and we liked what they did the first time so we hired them to come back. He was fantastic. He was very professional. He did an excellent job. He was real good. I would use him again.

Michael, a technician, was supposed to arrive at 1:00. Becky from the office called to let me know he would be running about an hour late from a previous job. However about 3:00, when he still had not arrived I left a message with the office. Within 10 min he was at my door. I talked with Becky over the phone and she gave me an estimate which I was happy with and when Mike came he measured the rooms and gave me Angie's list discount. I thought the price was excellent as I was having the carpet steamed cleaned in the master bath, up 13 stairs as well as a large area rug. I was also having the tile grout cleaned and sealed for a moderately sized kitchen, an entry way, 2 small bathrooms, 2 small hallway's and 1 large hallway. He got busy and left after 6:00pm Over all he did a good job. The grout is a bone color and it was clearly darker and dirty when he started - now it looks like new. It was not until the water had all dried - a day/two later that I noticed some of the grout lines look different. I don't know if it was the process of getting the grout clean or that the grout is 6 years old but there were some pits/indentations on some of the grout lines. It wouldn't have been noticeable to someone who was not looking at it. I would run my finger along the grout lines and I could feel that the tile was up higher than the grout, they were no longer even. My husband did have to take some of the bone colored grout that we had and he fill these. I didn't report this to the company as I felt it may have just been the age of the grout and since we had some of the grout we just did it ourselves. Plus, it was just in a few places, not all over the floor. However, This might be something I ask about before I get this done again. Does the process you use to clean the grout create such pressure that the actually grout can come up? Overall the price was really good and the carpets and grout are cleaner - - let's face it, no amount of cleaning is going to bring back something that is 6-10 years old and make it look brand new.

The company was very professional from the beginning. They fit me in to their schedule in a short amount of time, which was critical due to the timing of our move into the new house. They called to confirm prior to the appointment, and arrived on time. The service technicians were curteous and professional, and explained everything that they were going to do. They were thorough in their work, and showed me before and after results that were stunning. The system now works perfectly and I was very pleased with their service.

To start, Becky is a joy to speak with and very assisting. I had my bathroom shower thoroughly cleaned and then had it grouted. I then had my kitchen, entryway, and bathroom floors/grout cleaned. Mike (the technician) was very knowledgable and very detailed in his job. The price paid was well worth this project. I am very happy with my decision of using this company.

They came on time, did a good job cleaning the carpets and spent extra time getting out the spots. they helped move the piano to ensure the entire carpet was cleaned...great job, will definitely use again.

I purchased this company's Angie's List deal for $99 and I am completely blown away with the results! My white tile kitchen floor and laundry room, which I forgot had such light colored grout, looks brand new. The grout is back to its light color. The tile is beautiful and bright. Truly, it is amazing. I wish I had done this sooner. I plan to bring him back to do our bathroom floors. He also cleaned our family room carpet which came out wonderfully, and master bath shower. The shower may never look new again, but it does look better. I enthusiastically give American Cleaning & Restoration A+ and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Service was great. I am out of state and needed to get my carpet cleaned on my Sarasota condo. Becky handled all of the details from a distance. Carpet looks super.

I found mold in the baseboards under a window in our dining room. Reading other reviews on Angies List, I called ACR and talked with Becky on the phone. I was in sort of in a panic, having not experienced mold before and worried about the process and or dangers. Becky was very understanding of my worries and did a wonderful job calming me and working to get someone out to Naples (which is NOT a short drive from where they are) so they could see how bad the problem was, and try to meet my time constraints. I have never had a company try so hard to accommodate their customers as they did.Mike came to out home the next afternoon to look at the problem areas. Luckily it was not as bad as I thought is was going to be. Mike was able to contain and clean up the problem that day. I felt so relieved! Mike was so reassuring and gave us helpful tips on what to look out for next time .The whole company was First Class! And with all the other services they provide, I will definitely be using them for again! Thank you

Wow! Talk about a first class professional job! I'm quite impressed. I had called ACR due to their reviews on Angies List. I was looking for a change from the Big guy. They were prompt, and called me within a few hours. Becky was warm, personable, and efficient. Told her I wanted to get my carpets cleaned as they were a horror; and they were. I had been housebound and really bedbound for a while since I had some fairly serious medical issues which made my mobility almost 0, but the spillage quotient 10+. The carpet in my bedroom was the worst. Did I say the carpet in my house is off-white? Yeah. She told me not to worry..I had my doubts. I couldnt be more pleased. The carpet looks like its new. Its actually 17 years old. ACR were prompt, accurate and got my carpets cleaner than they have been in years. Their prices are fantastic. Dont hesitate to use them. Their card is going in my 'do not lose this one' file. I plan to use them in the near future for another property and some furniture in my house.

My parents are elderly and from Cleveland OH. They purchased a short sale in North Port FL that was not lived in for at least a year. During our pre-purchase inspection there was some mold found in the duct work. We wanted the home remedied before we moved all of their belongings to Florida. We found American Cleaning & Restoration through Angies List and Tom & Becky were great to work with. They explained the whole process to us and why it was better to use their cleaning method compared to others. We were especially concerned since we were not going to be at the home during the this time. We had neighbors check in with them as well as an independent HVAC company and they all said that ACR did a wonderful job. We were really pleased, especially since it was 1/4 the price of other companies.

They did a very good job. They had a special going on and I bought the coupon for tile cleaning. They did a big room, and I did ask them for addition for which I paid extra. Their price was average. Their quality of work was excellent, and they have been good in their responding.

They cleaned my rug last year and this year. They were right on time and very professional.

What a delight to have two polite and knowledgeable men arrive from ARC who did a fantastic job on both my carpeting and kitchen tile. They also gave me some great tips on how to give immediate treatment to a spill or stain and recommended their grout sealer which can be color matched to the existing grout or changed completely. The price was more than fair which will enable me to use the service more frequently. Mike and Fred were not only efficient and very capable but truly nice guys who deserve a gold star for turning me into a regular customer. Another plus was taking advantage of a "Special" that was running at the time I called.

I purchased a discount coupon through Angie's List for cleaning services on a sofa. I called and talked to Becky about having other furniture cleaned at the same time. When the serviceman arrived, we reviewed which pieces I wanted cleaned. He wrote up an estimate telling me exactly what the cost would be. He did an excellent job cleaning all of the pieces which hadn't been cleaned in several years. I would definately use ACR again!

ACR, and their technician Robert Rivera, did a fantastic job in cleaning the grout on my ceramic tile floors. My ceramic floors have not had a professional cleaning and resealing since the initial installation about 8 years ago

I took advantage of the Angie's List deal for 200 sq ft of tile and grout cleaning for $99. They were great about setting up the appointment when I wanted it and giving me a confirmation call and letting me know which technician would be coming. The tech was very professional and we ended up adding on to the cleaning for the same deal. The tech really did what he could to clean the grout which hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. We were very satisfied with the job.

ACR was extremely responsive to my phone call requesting an estimate. Tom was over within a few days, provided an estimate, and also provided a description of how the work would be performed. After speaking with four previous contractors, I was immediately impressed. He was back w/ Mike the next week to perform the mold remediation in the kitchen, set up his containment area w/ HEPA vacuum, and started removing the contaminated cabinetry and drywall. He stopped halfway thru the work to let me know that a couple of additional cabinets suffered water damage and would need to be removed, which he stated in his original proposal would be a possibility. Mike salvaged and cleaned the cabinetry facings, along with hardware, and stacked everything neatly in the garage for use in our remodel. They completed the work in about 4 hours, which was right on with the original estimate. The guys covered the affected area with plastic tarp, removed the vacuum, and even cleaned the tile floor, even though they had it covered with a cloth tarp to protect it from foot traffic. The entire area was left clean and all work was done professionally. Stellar job all around, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

He did a good job and the guy was very friendly and accommodating. I had three room of carpeting cleaned and then I had him do some cushions on my sofa. They arrived right on time also. I was pleased with the service and I would use them again in the future.

Manager Becky Egan was wonderful to work with and made scheduling very easy. Her price estimate and cost were far less than a well known competitor's, and her serviceman showed up exactly at the earlier end of the one-hour estimated time of arrival for the cleaning date. He quickly confirmed the square footage and exact price to be charged and went to work. The process was fast, easy, and very neat, and the serviceman was very attentive to pretreating certain soiled traffic areas. The carpet looked clean and beautiful when he was finished. He wore booties as he finished cleaning and applied the scotchguard protectant, and left a pair for us to use until the carpet was dry, which only took six hours. He was done in approximately an hour and was very pleasant to work with.

They were great and I have told others about them. They were very professional and very helpful and competent. They did not try to over sell me, they just did what they were supposed to do. Their prices were reasonable. They were easy to deal with and very honest. I will continue to use them in the future.
