Initial call was returned within an hour and an appointment was made. Two workers arrived right on time. They were very pleasant and after examining the furniture, explained the process and quoted a very reasonable price. We agreed and they began working immediately and continued without a break until the tasks were completed. They told us not to sit on the furniture for 24 hours and then proceeded to examine some floor and shower tiles we asked about. We will be hiring them again for some re-grouting that needs to be done. The 6 year old couches had never been cleaned before and came out beautiful, as did the dining chairs. The cleaning process used was "green" and it was odorless. I have severe asthma and allergies to many chemicals, but these did not affect me at all.This was my first time using Angie's list and a great experience. I'm grateful to Angie's list for giving me the information I needed to make an educated choice and save myself the thousands of dollars I would have spent buying new furniture.

The service provider was punctual, polite and clarified what I wanted so there were no mistakes. I showed him the carpeted stairs, 2 bedrooms and hallway. He saw some stains from my new puppies. He thought they might not come out. He did not charge me as much as he could have including stairs. He gave an overall estimate which was reasonable. He was fast and the results were beautiful. My carpet smelled and looked fresh and new again!

Purchased a Big deal with Angie's List. I was moving out of the house and I needed my tile floors cleaned. They came in with a high power water machine. They did a great job and the grout looked brand new. i also had him re-seal the grout as well. It turned out better than i thought it could ever have. I would highly recommend them.

Seems like a scam to get you to buy additional services

The guy they sent out worked hard and did a really good job. He really knew what he was doing and did everything I asked.

Becky was wonderful with the initial call. Then she called me a day before the cleaning to go over my needs. the crew was on time and very conscientious with with handling of my furniture and also great with their booties. They removed all of my stains which is a miracle in my book. I will use them again in the future and also tell all my friends. Great job

The carpet was not best quality - not extremely durable - and they were careful but thorough in the cleaning. The repair was a pretty good match for the bordering weave, good for the price.

He came on time. He cleans the chairs and sofa first; then he cleans the grout and seal them.

They were on-time. They were very careful that the equipment did not rub up against baseboards, and they wore sleeves on their shoes. Very diligent scouring areas that were very bad, and I was pleased with the end product. Well worth the investment

The company was prompt to give the estimate and prompt to do the service. Becky was great to deal with and Mike, the technician, was professional and pleasant. They did an excellent job. I am pleased and will use them again. Even made the shower tile look like new.

TOLD THEM EXCELLENT JOB,CARPET WAS NOT DRY AT THE TIME.AFTER IT DRIED THERE ARE AREAS THAT DID NOT COME CLEAN.HAVING HAD CARPETS CLEANED IN NEW ENGLAND,I THOUGHT THE CARPET SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER IN THOSE AREAS.IN FAIRNESS I DID TELL THEM AT THE TIME OF CLEANING THAT THEY DID A GREAT JOBI SHOULD HAVE WAITED UNTIL THE RUGS DRIEDDAN

The folks at ACR went out of their way to be flexible in terms of the appointment. I received an email and voicemail reminder of the appointment the day before the event. The guys that arrived (on time) for the work were clean-shaven, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. I feel that I received a very good value in ACR's services and won't hesitate to use their services again if the need arises.

The carpet had not been cleaned for many years and they were able to remove stains that I thought were going to be there forever. I rate every aspect of the engagement top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality carpet cleaning and will definitely use them again!
