The guys (one trainee) showed up on time, did a good job, and finished in a timely manner.

They came in and measured the area to be cleaned and told me the additional charge for the extra 25 sq.fi. They then proceeded to clean and seal. We also discussed the way to clean the tile and grout on a regular basis whch was different from the way we had been cleaning

The job was performed in a professional and thorough manner, the person perfoming the service was courteous and did a great job for me.

Initial delays in scheduling service due to them not being licensed for Pinellas County. They kept me updated on status of obtaining the license and after almost 6 months was able to reschedule. On date of service, they had to reschedule due to an emergency for another client. They provided free floor cleaning to compensate for time and rescheduling. Overall service was ok.

Called to confirm appointment, arrived on time and both service men were very professional. Quality of work was outstanding! I would recommend and use their services again.

Cleaned the tile and grout in a bathroom that is pretty old. But brought back the shine and looked new again. Got here and left on time.

After the mold remediation job was completed, an independent, licensed mold inspection company was hired, A physical inspection of the condominium and HVAC system was performed and mold samples for independent lab analysis were taken. Lab results validated remediation was a success! I am thrilled with the results and how professionally the job was completed. The property manager was also very impressed by the compentency and quality of the work performed. I highly recommend American Cleaning and Restoration and would use them again.

They were on time and did a great job cleaning the tile and grout of entire house in a bout 2 hours.

This was a great deal given how much tile/grout we have and how hard I worked to try to get it cleaned. After using industrial brushes and every kind of cleaner I could find, I was happy to find this offer and it was well worth it. I was sent a reminder the day before, the guy showed up on time and did a great job; the grout was visibly cleaner. He also told me what to use on it going forward and said it would even be safe on my wood floors (haven't tried that yet). Overall, would recommend this company and service in a heartbeat.

After I purchased the big deal, the company immediately called me to make an appointment so response time was excellent. The company is in Sarasota and I am in Clearwater so there were only certain days they would be in this area. We worked out a time and all was well. However, we had to change the day and time and their office was very accomodating and we changed to a time not as convenient for me, but still doable. However, he showed up 3 hours early and was very annoyed that I was not home. I got a call on my cell phone from their office giving me grief that I was not home for my appointment. When I pointed out that the office manager had specifically told me that the technician could not be here before 4 p.m., she acknowledged that she had indeed said that and she was sorry. Also, that he would be waiting in my driveway until I got home. So, although the service was fine, we were all cranky by the time he was done.

This is my second time using the services of this company. They are knowledgeable, thorough and professional. They cleaned lanai carpeting and concentrated on the area where the cat had peed. The odor was removed pretty well. They cleaned tile and grout and matched the color of grout to make needed repairs. Looks good! Will definitely have them again.

They did the grout cleaning in my entrance hall. There was one small area where he said he couldn't get the grout cleaned. He did clean it, but it didn't turn out white.

Becky was very professional and helpful on the phone. She answered my questions and was flexible when i had to reschedule. Mike and Chris came out to give me an estimate. They were on time, personable and knowledgeable. When the air duct cleaning was done, everything was explained to me as the job progressed. I have since had my routine maintenance done on my HVAC systems with the company i have been using for years and they commented on the cleanliness of the system. The tile and grout look great after cleaning. I noticed it most in the kitchen where the grout appeared dark and stained in a few places before the cleaning and uniformly lighter after cleaning. I did not notice a big difference in other less trafficked areas that were cleaned

arrived at the apointed time. assesed the whole job and explained what he was going to do. removed all the grates to the heat and return ducts. hooked up the vacumn to the ducts and sweep the ducts to remove the contaminates. went outside and opened up the air handler and cleaned all parts to remove dirt and debris. replaced pieces of insulation in unit as needed, and replaced the covers and made sure there were no screws missing. went inside and cleaned all the air returns for the unit. cleaned and replaced all the grates on the air piping. vacumned all the floors and carpets to remove any debris that fell out of the grates. started the air handler and checked for leaks and made sure the job was all completed. the service man was MICHAEL PAGANO, a very competent and intuitive man. he was very professional and went out of his way to make the experience as informative and easy for us.

Rug looked like new when done!

Becky set up my appointment on my schedule not their's which was terrific. Mike Pagano the technician called and advised me that he was on his way. This young man went right to work measuring the tile and carpet that I wanted cleaned. He worked for several hours without stopping. This is the kind of employee that all companies should have in their employment. Becky called after the job was completed and asked how the service was, and I was happy to tell her terrific. Very well. I would use them again and have done so, as this was their 2nd visit to the house. I had an colorful, large area rug cleaned not long before and they did a marvelous job. I would recommend them 100%.

We are very pleased with professional way they provided an estimated and performed the work. They said what they would do and did what they said would do. Micheal and Dave were prompt and courteous, Becky was very nice to work with. We will definitely use them again and recommend to our friends.

They were punctual and professional. There were a couple of small problems that arose, but they did handle them professionally.
