Description of Work: Cleaned all carpets in a 4 bedroom home. Double scotchguarded. Gave me same price as coupon on the remainder of the carpet. Was on the dot punctual. Did a great job. Got off some very difficult spots. Made the carpet pile look new again. Very professional and efficient. Recommend highly to others.

Description of Work: I had two technicians. The rooms were measured since I had a coupon for 79 dollars for up to 400 square feet. The discounted price was also applied to the rest of the home beyond the 400 square feet. Scotchguard was included. I have to say the job was done very well. A very pleasant citrus scent lasted for several days afterwards. I had a couple of very dark, set in, ground in and hard like glue stains. Not sure what they were but I could not get out. The stains came out with this company. Very clean looking when dried. The techs were very friendly and professional. Wore plastic booties in the home and gave me several extra to wear for my family if I wanted. Furniture did not need moved sine we moved what was needed ahead of time but was asked if anything needed moved. I also was given an at home kit for stains. Their were some furniture protectors used and extras were given since I was going to move some furniture back. I am very happy with this service and felt comfortable having them in my home. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: I was extremely pleased with the promptness, and curtesy given us. Robert, from ACR, was very knowledgeable about my needs. Our carpet needed cleaning, and the hight traffic areas, were pretty soiled. Instead of replacing the carpet in the whole house, we tried ACR. We are very happy we did. The carpet looks good, high traffic areas look a lot better, too. I would highly recommend this company. Next step would be getting the tiles throughout the house. Robert gave me an estimate before leaving on the tiles. I will not hesitate to schedule any job with ACR.

Description of Work: Oh my word. Unbelievable. I have had this carpet for 12 years. From kids, to animals, it was not in the best condition. Serioulsy, when they were through, it looked almost new. The guy took hours and a lot of TLC to do a GREAT JOB. I have had my carpet washed tons of times over the year, but it has not looked this good since after the 1st year of it being new. Thank you.

Description of Work: We had this done in early December so I can't recall all of the details. But was very satisified with the work. Very Professional and the technician would come and get me to show me something he found with the grout. The grout never looked better after they cleaned it.

Description of Work: My master bathroom shower has grossed me out for years and no one has wanted to attempt to clean it for fear the tile will pop off. i contacted Becky on Labor day thinking she would contact me the next day, but she contacted me within 5 minutes of my inquiry even on her day off. Travis came and cleaned and sealed my bathroom shower stall tiles as well as the tile throughout the house within 5 days of my inquiry. The poor man had terrible tile to work with but managed to make it as clean as he could. we knew the tile was in pretty bad shape and will have to be replaced in the very near future. Travis was honest and upfront and did the best job he could. it looks a MILLION times better. thanks guys.

Description of Work: They cleaned and sealed 386 square feet of tile and stone flooring. They did an excellent job. The work turned out pretty good. I asked them to put my name on their contact list so they can contact me again next year when they feel I should have the work done again. We used Travis and he had a great personality and we enjoyed the experience.

Description of Work: Air duct cleaning per NADCA specifications Air ducts were cleaned as proposed--not half done (correction: 1/4 done) as had been in past years. My air conditioning/heating system was serviced as well. The service was exemplary: professional, thorough, neat and pleasant throughout--including noticing AND picking up the last bit of escaped dust. They deserve being on top of Angie's list! And I would not have known about this company had I not decided to check out Angie's List. THANK YOU.

Description of Work: When we moved into our home we noticed we had green and black moldy stuff growing on the lanai area. We contacted the company and they were prompt, courteous and effecient. They not only came out the next day, but they offered another line of cleaners that are eco-friendly and green approved. We have a small dog so I was concerned about her possibly getting sick from the chemical residue and with this product I had no worries. They also offered to clean my shower area that had pink mildewy residue that was difficult to clean. They did this free of charge and with a smile on their faces. We also had all of our air ducts cleaned as I have several outside allergies. Again they were very courteous and efficient.
