+ 0 moreBoth times I was referred to a project manager, Greg Cobb. In April, based on dimensions and photos, he provided an estimate for installation. In a follow-up call in June, when I needed to get a firm on-site estimate and discuss demolition of the existing floor, he failed to return my call. This is unfortunate because Aldrich is the only company in the Tampa area that installs marmoleum, a product that we've used before with good success and would like to use again.
Description of Work: In April and again in June, I contacted Aldrich about installing marmoleum flooring in our 1924 house in St. Petersburg.

+ -1 moreThey have excellent quality tile and carpeting. Their prices are very competitive. Actually for their kind of quality, their prices are the best I have found. The guy babysits the job from beginning to end to make sure you get exactly what you want. He has someone who helps you recommend the best tile for you although you can choose anything you want. He's helpful. The guy who did the job is amazing. He is fast and totally accurate, no mistakes. He doesn't leave a mess in your house. I just can't say enough good things about this company but I would recommend them and have, to anyone looking for tile and carpeting services. He had tiled part of my house before but I was so pleased with him that I got him to do the rest of the house. I would use him again.
