+ -1 moreWhen I called the company the secretary answered the phone. She was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. A time was set for the service. The tech was prompt, efficient and answered any questions that I had. I now have a service contract with this company and will use them for all my AC work. Very impressed with them.
Description of Work: The technician checked everything inside and outside and replaced 3 filters. This was the first visit under a new maintenance contract. The cost of service is for an annual contract with two visits each year.

+ -1 moreHe did a wonderful job and was very, very good. They're doing all my service work and everything, too. It's a small business, they are extremely clean, the old system was a piece of junk, they were very prompt, and helped me out on a weekend. I am very, very happy, and they are absolutely wonderful. They couldn't be any better. The price was very competitive and good.
Description of Work: He installed a new American Standard system which includes an air conditioner and a heat pump.
