+ -1 moreBill from Aquire was great! Prompt, professional, and very helpful. The problem ended up being the mother board so putting more money into would not have been worthwhile. Bill was honest about this, did what he could to clean it up, and made recommendations for the next computer purchase. He even made himself available for advice when I was ready to make a purchase. I will definitely be using Aquire again and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Description of Work: I was having difficulty with my laptop. I had purchased a new battery as recommended by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the problem. When I called the manufacturer I was told that they could have someone come to look at it for well over $200. As the laptop was 3 years old I did not want to put that kind of money into it. Also, I preferred to do business locally.

+ -1 moreIt went wonderful, he ended up taking my computer home to repair it, and brought it back the next day like a new computer. I would highly recommend using him for any repair. He is very good and his prices are more than fair.

+ -1 moreBill unfroze and totally cleaned up my laptop . He then came out and helped me initialize and set up my computer. He spent over an hour with me . My PC now very fast however when windows didn't allow the latest update to complete Bill followed up and spent several hours accessing my computer remotely to fix the problem. I would gladly recommend Bill to anyone. Great servive at a very reasonable price. Terry

He called and told me it was a memory problem, not the hard drive as I had feared. He returned it the next day, less than 24 hrs later.
