AAA APPLIANCE EXPERTS

They charged me $85 for the visit. I have nothing got done. They took out the ice maker and charge me $30. They told me that I need a new motor. I would not recommend them. I would not use them.

Called at 8am for an appt. Said had someone in the area and would call back shortly to confirm. I called back 2 hours later and said he would check and call back. No return call. Finally called and spoke to woman and she said would check with service manager and promised a quick call back. An hour later, still no call back. Very unprofessional and would never use this company due to their very poor responsiveness and lack of consideration for their clients.

The man was rude and actually told me to go some where else for my services. I called a different company and they told me the man i had been told off by was a former employee and had issues with customer service while under their employment.

Both the repairman and I acknowledged that this was an old refrigerator. They also suggested several other services for it. About two weeks later, it stopped working. I called them and they crudely said it was so old that they couldn't do anything to it. I told them I would complain, but they didn't react to it. I filed a report with the BBB and they never responded to the inquiry.
