I am new to the area. It's nice now that I have a reliable repairman to count on.

The company owner, Sergei, was easy to contact on his cell phone, even though he was on a job site. Once I explained my problem, he rearranged his schedule for the following morning and came to my home, as promised, at 8:00 am, diagnosed the problem within minutes, and made a call to his supplier to order the part needed. When the part arrived late the following day, Sergei called promptly and we agreed on a visit the next day between 1:00 - 3:00 pm. He arrived at 1:20 pm and he had our repair completed within 20-25 minutes. He was friendly yet professional, and his prompt service allowed us to get back to work on our very backed up loads of laundry. Sergei was 5 star great! We highly recommend him and will definitely call him for any future appliance repair needs.

I did NOT want to spend upwards of $1400 on a new Washer/Dryer set (cause lets be honest you know you are gonna buy both) so I was hoping I could find someone Honest and with a lot of experience fixing older model Kenmore Washers. I was looking for someone with Integrity that would advise me if my Washer/Dryer set was worth fixing and keeping or to not throw good money after bad and just bite the bullet and buy the new $1400.00 set. I found that person in Sergei at A+ Appliance Repair. Super Fast, Super Friendly, Timely, Honest, Knowledgeable (20+ years with Sear's Kenmore Appliance Repair) and most importantly Fairly Priced. He was in and out in under 20 minutes. My 22 year old Kenmore Washer was spinning away as he pulled out of my driveway. What can I say...... I found my Go To Appliance Repairman. Thank You, Sergei!!

Couldn't ask for better service. Sergei came out early the next day (Tuesday) after we called, diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part ($194). He installed the part on Thursday and figured out the rattle (metal vent pipe rattling in the small closet). Due to the small space to work in, it took him a while (an hour and a half) to replace the part, test, etc. My spouse offered him some extra money for the additional time and he wouldn't take it. Can't say enough about his performance. All of the appliances are fairly new (bought by a previous condo owner, so hopefully we won't have a repeat any time soon), but if/when you need some appliance repairs, we highly recommend Sergei.

Sergei was here promptly...exactly to the minute he said he would be here...7:45 a.m. He fixed it. No parts were needed so I only paid the charge for the service call. He worked with Sears for 19 years. He knows what he is doing and he was very honest and professional. I am a Realtor and am always looking for vendors that I feel comfortable recommending to my clients. Sergei set appt up and was on time. Needed to order part and said he would be back in 2 days to install. He wrote up a bill. I told him I would pay him when the service was finished. I questioned him about the 10% discount for senior citizens. He said the only discount was the 5% printable coupon and took the 5% off the bill. He left and called during the afternoon and said he got the part already and was in the area. He said he could be there in 10 min, so I said come on over. It took him about 5-10 min to change the part. When he was done, I gave him the 5% off coupon, but showed him on his website where he advertises 10% off for senior citizens. He acted like it was the first time he ever saw it. He said he didn’t know how it got on there. I said you have 32 reviews on here and no one has ever questioned you about the 10% discount. He said no and I said that is hard to believe with all the seniors in Sarasota. In any case, he didnt honor the discount. I told him, he needs to take it off the website.

Sergei arrived on time, replaced the part and was very professional. I would hire him again and asked for his Business Cards for my friends. He was very pleasant and helpful. The service call was $89.00 and part was $27.00 plus tax.

It was great from start to finish. Sergei was prompt, courteous, professional, respectful & cost affordable ($89.00). I will most definitely use Sergei again for any other appliance repairs that I may need in the future and will most certainly recommend him to family and friends.

Went well, even though it was not repaired due to the fact it was cheaper to replace the refrigerator I have to I truly appreciate his honesty. When I called him he stated he would arrive within 1hr and I have to say he was very punctual. I also believe his rate for a service call was reasonable and I would use his services again.

I called this morning at 8:00 AM. He said he would be here between 1:00-3:00 PM. He arrived promptly at 1:00 PM. He diagnosed and cleaned up within an hour. He did not have´ the part and it just so happened that a previous customer had the same problem and need the same part. They chose to replace their refrigerator with a new one. So the part became available. He's returning tomorrow to install the part and complete the work order.

Fantastic. Serge gave me tips before he came to troubleshoot the problem on my own, it was a defective part so I did need a pro. He came when promised calling first to see if his tips worked. He was professional, pleasant and neat.

Sergei scheduled a visit and showed up right on time. He diagnosed an issue and ordered the part which was delivered and installed the next day. Turns out that the issue was not fully fixed so Sergei made another visit and replaced another defective component. Washer works great now. Sergei communicated well through the whole process and only charged me for the parts and the original site visit.

I called Sergei and he answered the phone right away. He asked for an explanation and a photo of my dishwasher's model and serial #s. The next morning he called to say he had the part and would come that afternoon. He finished the repair in 20 minutes or so and asked me to check his work. I have used the dishwasher for several weeks and the restaurant downstairs has had no further problems. Sergei is very friendly and good at explanations. Would use again. I think he is a "one man band" and is the only repairman, so he wants to do a good job the first time. I asked his opinion about another home repair problem also while in my home.

I had replaced the ice and water dispenser once before, but it was still freezing up and becoming unusable. It turns out to be a design flaw which simply cannot be repaired. A Plus explained that they had replaced the ice and water dispenser three times for some customers and the problem remains. I appreciated the honesty and although I am still without and ice and water dispenser, I know that spending the money to keep replacing the dispenser is useless.

My refrigerator was not cooling. I called A Plus, was able to speak directly to the owner. He came out within 2 hours and had it working, but had to order a part to really fix the problem. As soon as the part came in, he called and was able to install it. All is good now. Very prompt and professional.

Called and got an appointment the same day. Called to let me know he was on his way. Had the part needed and installed it immediately. Took the time to explain what was wrong, and didn't try to sell me additional work that wasn't really necessary. Friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
