They actually saved me money.

Came out on a Friday and had to order part and was told it should arrive from the company by Tuesday and he would installed on that day. To our surprise Sergei called Monday morning and said the part came in and he could it install right away. We were very happy for the fast response and great service. We would definitely call him again when needed.

I called Sergei late in the day, and he came out the very next day, right when he said he would. He told me the minimum price for going to the house and referred to the discount available. He saw the problem right away and gave me a tip to help avoid future problems.

After reading reviews, I called A+Appliance Repair, Sergei Sinev. He came over within 2 hours and performed thorough diagnostics, found the problem(s), and made the repairs such that our KitchenAid dishwasher was up and running within an hour. Plus, he took the time to explain what he'd discovered and gave us tips on products and ways to keep it running well moving forward. A fantastic experience; he's on our "keeper" list! Highly recommend!

Arrived when scheduled, both times. Easily diagnosed problem and corrective action. He was polite and knowledgeable, and repaired my machine in a few minutes. Even showed me how to clean and maintain my washer.

Sergei came and inspected water leak in refrigerator and quickly found the source....a leak in the water tank. He ordered the part and installed it the day after he received it. He showed me the small crack after he removed the old water tank. After installing the new part, he tested it and all worked fine. Very quick and professional.

Called A+ at 9AM on a Saturday, only one of 3 companies that I called that actually answered the phone, said he could come out between 11 and 1. At 10 AM he called and said he could be here by 10:30AM and he was. Arrived with his son as his assistant. As luck would have it, the washer worked when he tried it. He did find that Lowe's had the Hot and Cold lines reversed and fixed that. He ran the washer through a cycle. Very nice guy. Didn't try to gouge me with an exorbitant service fee. Would definitely use again and already recommended to my brother in law.

Fantastic. He came the same day I called, was polite and knowledgeable, and repaired our machine quickly. I would definitely recommend and would use again. This was such a pleasant experience compared to my repairs by other companies in the past. Great service!!!

Sergie tested the entire dryer. No problems. The 4 wire 220volt outlet had been arcing and melted the back of the plug (couldn't see from front). Simple swap out and everything works. Fast and efficient.

He determined the motherboard was shorted. Price of repair would be too high so he recommended a new machine would be the better choice. He was very honest and was friendly.

Problem was diagnosed quickly, part was ordered, and repair was completed promptly.
