THEY WERE INCREDIBLY NICE AND TRIED TO REPAIR THE FLOOR LAMP IMMEDIATELY BUT IT NEEDED TO BE DISASSEMBLED. BOTH LAMPS CAME OUT GREAT. THEY HAVE A WONDERFUL COLLECTION OF SHADES AND LAMPS THERE. THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS, BUT THE QUALITY IS FAR BETTER.
