+ -1 moreI phoned and spoke with the owner. Very snotty and rude to me. She told me after much argumentiveness I could send it back to her so she could look at it. Accused me of using a product on it, which I did not do. I am supposed to mail back the item I paid for with no guarantee of ever seeing it again or a refund? NOT!! Would never step foot in this store again!
Description of Work: I purchased an interior design item while on vacation there. Upon returning, I removed the price tag off the face of the item. It took the finish of the item off....making it unable to use.

+ -1 moreI don't know what I would have done without Bridge Street Interior! They have been with me from the beginning. Debbie and I chose the paint, wall treatments, window coverings,rugs, furniture, lighting, everything down to the pool tile. Debbie and Matt are easy to work with and very knowledgable. I am sad when something must be replaced because of wear... most usually, my dogs. I have worked with other interior designers but Bridge Street Interior has been the best. I am at home with Bridge Street Interior and wish the best for Debbie and Matt and their family. They have helped me make my house the home I love. You can count on Bridge Street Interior.
Description of Work: Bridge Street Interior has helped me with every aspect of decorating my house. Debbie arrived at my house the week after purchase and we decided on paint colors, wall coverings and the basic design of our house. They painted my walls, covered my windows, replaced my floors, ordered and placed my furniture (and bedding) and when I remodeled my kitchen, Debbie and Matt helped find the right granite, lighting and appliances. They replaced my fans and bath cabinets. They even found me a carpenter to replace my docks and build arbors, etc. Bridge Street Interiors has been my one stop shop for everything! I love Bridge Street Interior!
